Gabe's Country Bake Shoppe

I have stopped by a few times and the service is always really good. They even help bring your goods to the car - don’t see that often anymore. Great coffee, baking is really tasty and fresh. I ordered a lasagna it was made authentically and really delicious. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best Cafe where the staff always welcomes with a smile yesterday I had butterchicken pizza and they nailed it and it was so could I had 4 slices .
They are always their with a smile.lets all support them and enjoy the drive from the main tow to the country road.
This location is down airport road and the scenic view is great.

Ordered a fresh lasagna, Italian sausage and rapini. Excellent. Our company really enjoyed the food and the service at Gabe’s was great. Everything on time and as ordered. Will definitely use them in future.

This unassuming restaurant contains some great food. It's a traditional Italian bakery with a hot table done right. There's not much room to sit so if you have a big group consider ordering take out. This place is better suited to a small group of a couple people. I would have never known this place exists but I'm glad I do now.

I started working in Caledon East in October and quickly discovered that Gabe's Country bake shop serves excellent coffee. Not only is the coffee excellent but I have tried their homemade soups and pre-made dinners and they are amazing. Gabe's is a clean , friendly family owned business. I shop there frequently.

Gabe’s got the best coffee in downtown Caledon. The staff is super friendly and maintain a safe environment. I grabbed some cannoli’s for a friend and they absolutely loved them! Will be back to try the pie’s and lunch options!

I live in the beach and always stop here when going to the city ! The staff are so accommodating ! The cannolis and veal are my favourite!

Friendly staff, good food. The apple pies are particularly nice, with firm crusts that hold well over the week and a well balanced flavour to the filling. Nice pastas too (sampled the gnocchi).

Used to do service jobs in the area and always looooooved stopping at Gabes for a hot sandwich and a treat. I’ve since moved far away but think of you often. Miss you 💔

Ordered from catering menu for a party of 16. Veal and chicken parm with buns and toppings, caesar salad and pizza. Delicious and so fresh. Will order again!

Fantastic small town bakery. Everything you'd expect cakes, pastries, and tarts. Then there's sandwiches and pizza which are exceptional. Prices are cheap and the quality is high. Worth the drive.

Their cupcakes are amazing!! I highly recommend the salted caramel. Made their rice balls for dinner (they sell them frozen) and they were a hit!! Check it out!

Gabes catered for our backyard after wedding party this past weekend. The food was delicious, hot, and fresh. The veal melted in your mouth, the grilled chicken was moist, the roast potatoes just right, veggies and pasta cooked to perfection. Everyone went back for seconds. The cannolies were scrumptious for dessert.

Love this place. Food is great desserts are delicious and the pizza is perfect. Also the sfoglia cake is the best I have had. Keep up the good work

Local bakery serving homemade baked goods. Tried the panzerotto. It's decent. Butter tarts look good. They have seating and locals congregate in the morning. Easy parking.

I'm a Home James Caledon volunteer and Gabe's is always supplying us with food to help keep us going long through the nights The food is always plentiful and delicious! Yum!! Am so thankful 😁 (my fellow volunteers are too!).

Their coffee was great and they're food was even better! I got myself the chicken sandwich. Would definitely come back!

Love stopping here with my bike buddy Tom. Gabe and his wonderful staff take care of our Carb load needs as we bike ride through all these awesome back roads. Luv those chocolate croissants and coffee longos. A MUST stop for bicylers!
