Good stay on the outskirts of the city. Rooms were to be expected, couple of beds and a TV. Pool area is nice gym area is also nice. People were very nice at the front desk and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good. Lots of options.

what was going to be a bad review became a great experience...my work booked a normal room for 3 days the room i had was great just it had a very noisy non stop bathroom fan (like an idling old van) i told the front desk and they directly changed me the room with an upgrade to a suite...kudos to this team

Great location if you're in the area. I love the suites.

The young lady at the desk was especially helpful, patient and professional in getting me a room after a 12 hour drive.
The room was clean.
Bathroom spotless.
The place smelled clean.
The curtains do not close in the center so have a few clothes pins or a chip clip to completely close the curtains to keep the light out.
Surrounded by shopping centers and restaurants.
Great location.
And great staff.

We had a fantastic stay! Mimi and Sonica were wonderful! Kids loved it and so close to everything! Breakfast was a bonus too and rooms were very spacious! Kids loved making their own waffles! Will definitely return!

Came here for a family vacation, lots of parking spots, delicious breakfast, clean and warm pool we had lots of fun the rooms were very comfortable to sleep in great rooms for a great price very fast service and lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

Had a great stay at the hotel! Very clean, good location and very friendly staff! We will definately stay here for any future visits to the area.

It was clean, quiet and fairly uneventful.

Only issue I encountered was when I went to do laundry, they had no supplies on hand for free or purchase to assist with laundry.

I was told I had to go to Walmart across the street and buy and provide for myself.

Since I was flying out the next day..... And I had to buy a whole pack of tide pods....I asked the reception desk if they wanted to keep the remaining pods as I can't carry it with me on the air plane and to please share with guests free of charge as I had to pay for it. Good thing it was on sale at the time.

I just found it so odd being told I had to go get it myself. All my years at various hotels (even dive motels) there was always laundry supplies for sale on site.

The place was clean, staff were nice. The restaurant on site seemed to open early for breakfast. I didn't pay for that option but it was bustling and people seemed happy enough to be there.

The parking lot was simple but was awkward as it kind of merged with an A&W drive through entrance.

It made driving and walking there hazardous when it was busy.

Otherwise it was a good stay.
I was there 5 nights for a conference in a near by town. I was so greatful to have a hotel room. Just again, so odd being told I had to supply my own laundry supplies. I really hope they let other guests use the pods for free. FYI the laundry room door doesnt securely close behind you. Unless it "clicks" it's ajar. It never seems to close by itself.

Great hotel room! I was attending a wedding at the Copper Creek Golf Course & this was the only hotel in the area that was available. Super easy booking and check in . I booked through the Hilton Honors app and I checked in through the app! I didn’t even have to go to front desk ! Just went to the elevator and got upstairs, used my phone as the room key ! I’m thoroughly impressed with the ease of booking and checking and the cleanliness of the room! Room is new and washroom spacious!

Great experience. Hotel is amazing. From the size of the room, to the cleanliness off the room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The Fitness center was one of the best I have seen in a hotel and the pool although not massive, the kids were extremely happy with. The breakfast spread was large and always fresh. I love how close to Restaurants, Mall and TIm Hortons this location was. I was able to wake up and go walk to Tim Hortons to grab my tea and be back before anyone noticed I was gone. We were enjoying a weekend in Vaughan and traveled to Bolton for the night as it was less then 30 mins away. This will definitely be our go to Hotel going forward when we travel south.

Booked a room close to ice machine... ice machine on second floor was broken. No big deal. Everything else was great. They don't make up your room unless you ask...which is odd since there is a button to indicate you want the room cleaned. Other than that it was a lovely stay. Clean and comfortable.

Spent our long weekend here for the Thanksgiving. It was AWESOME!! We love it so much, everything is clean. Breakfast is great, they a small swimming pool and all clean which is very important for me. I love every details that they do such as giving away a goody bag upon checking out. We felt so relaxed and satisfied.

Stayed there last night for a wedding and I will admit, before arriving I wasn’t sure what to expect with the hotel and had low expectations. To my pleasant surprise, I was extremely impressed with how nice the hotel and suite was. I was impressed even more after sleeping in the bed! So impressed, I didn’t want to get out. Ha! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

So amazing! I booked this place for my wedding and it was a great experience. The hotel manager/owner was super nice and funny and was very generous in giving me a better room as I was getting married the day after check in. Facilities were good and I was just happy for have slept in such a comfy bed the night before my wedding.

Spent multiple days there in advance of a family wedding, and had multiple rooms booked for our family and friends. Staff was professional, polite and very accommodating to all of my requests as I had things to do to host our wedding guests. I can't say enough about Durnian and Jenn at the desk, and Teresa in sales who worked diligently on our behalf to see that our large group needs were met. The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, and all staff demonstrate a hospitality mind-set. Thank you!

We had to stay in Toronto due to Air Canada delays. Staff at the hotel were very kind and understanding of our situation and gave us helpful advice.

My grandpa stayed there for a couple of months when his new house was getting built. He was treated greater than he can explain. He loved it there. He really got to know the staff, they all knew his name. He loved the morning breakfast. So i thank you staff who work there. Also a little less chlorine in the pool, that really hurt my eyes. Keep it up!

Very nice modern room. Comfortable bed. Good size tv. My one small issue is the breakfast wasnt that good. The omelette was those fake eggs and the fruit wasn't tasty. But free is free so no big deal. Overall would definitely stay here again.
