They are having a sale now, winter and summer clothes, bathroom on second floor where there is a service desk, water refill fountain very useful. Not cheap but quality stuff.

Allah and Marie-Chantal from the coats and outwear department upstairs are very professional and service oriented. They went above and beyond to help me find the right size and right color plus helped me with an issue with my gift card. Thank you, it was a great experience at the end of the day in the busy holiday period.

Simons has a beautiful collection of modest clothes for the young and old. And the store deserves a big round of applause for its excellent customer service ! The employees are so welcoming 😊

Christmas destination this year. I was passing downtown Montreal last Sunday and I was pleasantly surprised by the decorations at Simons downtown. There are not a lot of shops decorated for the holiday this year, and Simons not only is, but it has a lot of decorations both inside and outside. There were a lot of decorations, very tasteful and it created a very nice holiday feeling. Also, they had a dj with Christmas music to bring more cheer. The shop was busy, they have as well a few good rebates so I will for sure go more often visit and buy from them.

Top of the line fashion chain founded in Québec City, carrying exclusive local brands such as Le 31, DJAB and TWIK. Selection is huge from stylish basics to designer brands such as Lacoste, Diesel and Paul Smith. Hope to see this chain open up in Toronto. Very friendly bilingual staff and many fitting rooms spread throughout the store.

I love love love Simons. I always stop here when I visit Montreal. Their clothes are pretty fashionable and trendy and the prices are fair. From streetwear to work clothes there are tons of options. On the second/middle floor there is higher end clothing where you can buy $1200 jackets, expensive suits, etc. for those for whom price is never an afterthought. However, there can be some good sales for higher end stuff. Their housewear and decor selection is pretty good too. Staff is super friendly and helpful (and some of them have been there for years so they know what they're doing).

There is always nice designers to discover. The clothing are reasonably priced as well as very cute and trendy. There is always something for anyone. The customer service and shopping experience are phenomenal! Return policy is very good too! The sales are exceptional!

Very good store. Also very good website for buying online. Sometimes they have free shipping, with no minimum limits.

A great chain and this location always has the most options.

If you have ever been to Montreal and not gone shopping at Simons, you are missing out. They have an wide selection of clothing for Men, Women and children at good prices. The styles are up to date and displayed in a clean and well organized store. Don't take my word for it, just stop in and see for yourself. Excellent staff that are actually helpful!

I like this place , a bit pricey but it reminds me of a smaller version of Macy's in the US. The food court downstairs ain't bad either

Doing most of my shopping at the store for their deep environmental values. They also have innovative materials like wood fibers or recycled cotton.

On February 26, 2023 around 12:30, a sale clerk name (Marielle, I think) working at the cash of the men's coat department and her manager (unfortunately I didn't ask for his name) offered the most exceptional service I have ever encounter in the retail world . Thank you very much, you both really made our day and restored our faith in good humanity. I hope upper management will read this and give them a bonus for the amazing customer service.

I go to Simon's for jeans and underwear. They've got a nice selection, nice staff, and good prices. For a fun time, take a friend and try on hats. It's a fairly expansive store with lots to explore. And it has entrances directly to the mall and the food court too, which is cool.

Love this store with good quality of clothes, they have 2 levels, and a store for Home on the ground floor of the mall. They always have a Sales sections, friendly staff too If you shop their better to become a member you ll win points and free return!
