Seller offers customer dissatisfaction, unsatisfied of customer service and untimely response. Their team who are unqualified experts which are unreachable over variety channels to unqualified real time chat and no response on phone calls...
No available bike parts for the consumer. One has to source parts by one self from the Chinese factory.
Warranty null! Bike electrical controller unreliable and warranty is null & void with this seller. Note: Only electrical parts are warranty , but seller does not honor it. The rest of the bike has no warranty. Good Luck!

do not order this bike. parts lose. fall off..... led controller came factory defected even though have 1 year warranty only on electrical parts. seller has ignored and blocked any method of contact. after sending pictures and videos of defective led controller seller sent them manufacturer in china than never heard from him again.. he does not carry extra electrical parts in stock.... worse customer service of my life. stay away from this company to be shut down. dangerous bikes that should not be sold. bike only received in march 2019 with defective controller. front fender fell off. bike seat snapped. spokes get lose. cheaply made china bikes.

They do not answer phones. Do not give warrenty items when bike was only received in March factory defect led controller as they even told me on email. No reply on parts being replaced. Been waiting on a call over a week now. And no phones or emails have been answered on this matter.

Buyer Beware. The warranty only covers replacement of electric parts for if is a is a factory defect and the rest of defective bike parts are not covered from day one .These ELPower Bikes are extremely unsafe, poorly inferior Chinese manufactured and poorly assembled bikes should be immediately removed from the Canadian consumer market and not sold in Canada for being very unsafe and not road worthy for public safety . In the mean time, your company knowingly being aware of these defective EL Power Bikes, unsafe, substandard product thus your company is totally liable for any liability for any death, injury and damages to property for allowing these dangerous defective bikes on the Canadian consumer market and roadways. eg: This ElPower Bike Bike was only receive two weeks ago and kick stand tail light falling off, defective bike controller (dealer don't have parts on hand and is reluctant to replace it), very loose front wheel spokes, flimsy poorly manufactured front fender bracket broke off, thus the fender jamming the front bike wheel while in traffic, which almost cause an accident and injury onto incoming roadway vehicle traffic
