I have always had a positive experience at Julie Skaling Physiotherapy. I currently go for massage therapy and Nicole is amazing massage therapist. She is very good at deep tissue massage and she has played an important role in my overall wellness. The staff is always welcoming. Highly recommend.

Staff here are knowledgeable and exceptionally accommodating. A far better physio, massage, rehabilitation experience than the alternative in New Minas. Here they actually listen to the client instead of telling the client.

This was a good business before it was bought out by Loblaws. Another example of a local business giving in to corporate greed. A former employee, who never missed a day in years, who balanced all of the books, for the clinic and Sole Provider, which was years behind and who was the ideal employee, was out right terminated because of corporate greed. They come in and buy out a successful local business and the loblaw agent responsible for the takeover downsized or let personal feelings make a business decision and fired this model employee. This is absolutely disgusting and if I could give zero stars, I would. Everyone should be aware of this behavior.

2 times my therapist was changed and today was my last physio session with emma and she put that machine on and again she send someone to remove it. Usually at the last sessions we expect doctor to tell some good exercises or some suggestion.But nah havent got any of it.Called at the office after I left to speak to julia and the office said she is busy and everyone just ignored felt really bad.
