Stewiacke River Park

Very clean well maintained park. Some trails are smooth gravel suitable for kids bikes or strollers. Also more natural trails along the river and up to the ridge above. River is very clear and would make great canoeing or kayaking. Lots of benches and covered picnic tables.

Lovely little park in a stunning area of Nova Scotia. We had no idea this park even existed before coming her to find a geocache. The park runs along the river and has 2 km trails running along the river and throughout the forest, a nice playground, a hammock, accessible composting toilets, and is very well maintained.

Hands down my favorite swimming spot. Been coming here since I was a child. It's very peaceful. The have a nice dock, be careful when jumping in; there are a couple large rocks just under the waters surface on the right side of the dock. They have a nice clean composting toilet as well as a changing room. Beautiful gazebo and BBQ. The playground is awesome and also quite nice looking.

Beautiful scenery. Reminds me of God’s work.

Always enjoy this park. Always clean, no litter, places to have picnics or charcoal bbq. Kids enjoy the playground. In summer months, there is a stair system installed, to get to the river and swim.

Such a beautiful calm and peaceful spot to relax 💕

What a great park/trail system. Park is well equipped with lots of new equipment. Trail is short but beautiful.

Nice playground, picnic area, trails and a place to fish.

Great for walking, lovely outside play area for the rug rats.
