I was extremely impressed by how organized, clean, and professional Go Place is. The team is very well run, and therefore the rooms are spotless, the staff are polished, and all the services are smoothly executed.
The hot and cold rooms, and the red light areas were what I used during this visit. The interior design is breathtaking and is reminiscent of a 5 star hotel.
The change rooms and showers are supplied with L’Occitane shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and perfume!
I appreciate how all the patrons must wear the provided clothing and slippers to prevent outside contamination.
I am already planning my next visit this week and look forward to trying out the jacuzzi and steam rooms.

My best friend took me here for my birthday. Got a hot stone massage & it was amazing. Sushi, fried rice, steak & salads were very good. Love how much time effort goes into keep the place clean.

Looking forward to going back soon!

My wife suggested this place because she wanted to not only do a spa but also have good food and wow was the food ever good!

The spa itself was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the different rooms and relaxed in the chairs.

Book ahead of time if you want a manicure/pedicure. We thought we could do a drop in but they were fully booked. We didn't try for a massage but would most likely be the same wanting to book ahead of time.

Now for the food. I was blown away by how good the food was! The sushi roll they did is my absolute favorite sushi roll ever 10/10! Pork bone soup was also fantastic and fried rice was great too. Oh and the lamb? Perfectly done!

3 of us arrived by 9am on a Saturday and stayed till 3pm. It was full to capacity and everyone was wait listed by 11:30am. Glad we arrived early. Loved all of the rooms. Infrared was nice. Lunch was amazing. Fruit juice was awesome. Massage chairs were worth the extra fee.

I spent 5 hours at Go Place. One of the best experiences I have had at a day spa. Highly recommend. They have a beautiful layout with a lot of relaxing opinions. The food came quickly and was very delicious.

I absolutely love this place. If you love sauna’s this place is perfect for you. I loved baking in the saunas then going into the ice room. I loved how quiet everything was. They had hot tubs as well which were so relaxing. If you ever need to just relax and detox this place is perfect. I stayed there all day. I left feeling so rejuvenated. You need to pay for food there and extra for the messages.

This spa is holding up to the expectation. The service is good and even the food is good. I really like their signature hot tea. Perfect getaway from your busy schedule. The best part is it's in your city. I will definitely go again. All you need to take is your swimsuit everything else is provided. They provide you with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover, and moisturizers they even have Dyson hairdryer in the changing room. The place is super clean and the staff is always willing to help. I paid approximately $110 for entry and one meal they also provide all the services which I will try next time overall a great experience.

Visiting Go Place Spa in Markham, GTA, Ontario is like a dream come true. The heavenly ambiance and ultimate luxury make it a soul-catching experience. The highlight, however, is the out-of-this-world massages and treatments. For a full day of relaxation, it's best to arrive early. This spa is an ideal destination for bonding with family, friends, or colleagues, and perfect for team-building activities.

Additionally, dining at the on-site restaurant is a treat, offering a delightful variety of Chinese, pasta, seafood, and Western cuisine.

Such an amazing place! My friends and I have gone 5 times now and we usually spend the whole day here. I would highly recommend going for a girls day out.

The food is phenomenal at the restaurant by the way. I have tried sushi, the noodle bowls, rice dishes, and the bubble tea and juice are incredible!

I love coming here. Very kind and attentive staff that made our experience very memorable! We stayed for around 6-8 hours and enjoyed the massage chairs, dining and relaxation time. The trainee who was attending the massage chairs was very kind & offered us tea and ensured we were okay during our time and stay! Highly recommend to try out the seafood fried noodles, maki (8 pieces) and their inhouse smoothies.

This is my second time celebrating my birthday at Go Place. This place will exceed your expectations! To name a few of their amenities: pools, steam room, hot rooms, cold rooms.

The restaurant is top tier. We ordered the udon noodles, fried rice, and teriyaki chicken (if you're celebrating a birthday, you get a free cheesecake slice!). Also ordered bubble tea ( I recommend the brown sugar flavor).

We didn't schedule a massage, and they managed to squeeze us in during the evening. Service was 10/10! I'm planning to come back!

This spa is absolutely impressive!
The moment you enter the facility it has that wow factor. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

The food was delicious, saunas and all the amenities were great. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

A must-try experience. Great with friends or by yourself!

Tips:
- 90% of entrance fee is waived if booking an RMT massage.
- Must book at least a month before for weekend treatment, 1-2 weeks for a weekday treatment.
- Go before 11 AM for a less busy experience.
- You are given a uniform to wear inside that includes socks. You cannot wear any outside clothes or shoes inside. This includes the gym (they provide rental shoes).
- Bring a swimsuit, hair tie, and hair brush!
- Food and drink not allowed (unless for medical reasons).
- You can order snack and drinks to your table in the lounge areas.
- Slippers are $3.50 and high quality! Worth it.
- It's warm inside, I found I was perfectly fine without a robe.
- The lounge chairs are adjustable and there are phone chargers in the arms! Each chair had a different charger, so make sure you choose one that is compatible with your phone.

Go Place is such an amazing experience and you definitely need to try it at least once. This place brings China’s famous spa experience to a Western audience. Spas like this are super common in China and are honestly on another level. But we’re lucky to have Go Place bring the same experience to Canada. I had such a relaxing day with my mom! We were greeted by such nice and professional workers. Some facilities in the gendered change rooms include multiple types of hot tubs, steam, rooms, showers, luxury, change, rooms equipped with Dyson hair dryers and L’Occitane products. Now that’s only in a single change room. Once you step out into the common area, there are multiple types of saunas, an ice sauna, which I have never heard of before but very cool, lots of lounging chairs that you can recline and take naps in, a computer room, a workout, gym facility with pool tables, lots of couches and tables where you can chat, and a restaurant. Everything is of highest grade and super luxury. You can scan the QR code, located on the table that you’re seated at and order some drinks, the servers will bring it to your right to your table. People spend hours and hours here, and it’s open 24/7. It’s truly just a dystopian place where you can take your mind off of the craziness in the real world, and just simply relax in a nice hot sauna, and let your muscles decompress. I have yet to try the restaurant, but I truly think that this is a really really cool experience that you have to try. It’s an amazing hangout idea for you and your close friends!!!! Highly recommend.

Love this place! The moment you walk in, you can smell the aromatherapy wafting through the entire place. Great area to relax, play board games, and just hang out with friends!

Awesome experience, very relaxing, it's really a luxury spa, enjoyed a double date with my husband and my best friend and her husband.
We all had a blast. The food are delicious and have a reasonable price as well!

Highly recommend this place. We went on Sunday. It was not too crowded in the morning but gets very crowded in the afternoon. Massages must be booked a month in advance if you want to come on the weekend. Very clean place, heated floors. Very attentive stuff. Will definitely be back.

I went in the evening during the weekday and it was a good time to go, as not too busy. I love that this place is 24 hours, I stayed from 6pm to 11pm. The food was very good and priced very reasonably. I tried most of the healing spaces and enjoyed them all. I also got a massage that was very good.
They also offer alot of nice amenities. In the shower space for women they had lots of extra face towels, disposable shower caps, even disposable tooth brushes. All you shampoo and soap are provided. I also like that you get little pajamas to wear and relax in. I don't mind that the bathing spaces are separated as I can relax a bit more.
The staff were all very kind and friendly, and helped me as it was my first visit.
I'm not sure why people are saying it's expensive. I've been to several different spas quite frequently, including nordik, koena, and glow spa. I find Nordik much pricier with less amenities since most is just the hot pools. I've spent double there including food and treatment than what I paid at go place.
I'll definitely be back!
