Great shop, came in last minute and Lee helped me out with my tire while I waited and informed me a lot about suspension and technicals of the bike, awesome guy!

Super helpful staff. Decent selection of ski and board gear, though much more for men than women, at least in the snowboarding section (though there is still an ok selection for women). Plan to return for some major purchases and gear tune-ups in the future.

Very friendly and informative. They have what you need for a range of levels. I only went there for a new road bike but I could see that the ski equipment was equally good quality.
Lee took the time to explain key features of my new bicycle which was nice because the last bike I purchased was a 1984 Velo Sport Prestige.

I've been coming to Paramount exclusively the last few seasons for all of my board tune-ups and I have nothing but good things to say.

The staff have always been courteous and shown care with my equipment. After a tune-up the board always feels like new out on the trails, I know I wouldn't enjoy my trips nearly as much without regular tune-ups!

I will continue to recommend Paramount to anyone, thanks again to a great group of people doing a great job!

Always fantastic customer service and support. If you're looking for a new bike at a great price, Paramount's value can't be beat. They also don't try to sell you stuff you don't need, and will find you something for your budget. Paramount is my goto place for bike shopping and their staff also has a wealth of knowledge.

If you're new to cycling I highly recommend having a chat with Lee, he will guide you in the right direction as far as bikes, equipment, local trails, and any other tips you need.

Great customer service from a knowledgeable staff. Whether you're buying a lower end ride or a pricy bike, they work with you to find you what you need. No elitism, which is usually an issue at bike shops. Free service for bikes you buy here, which has great value over the years. Fitting service offered -- mine was free after buying my road bike, and it was as much a coaching session as a fitting -- very appreciated. Good prices on service and goods -- and highly competitive pricing on bikes and major accessories. Having tried other bike shops in town for goods and service, I've been through the ringer. Finding Paramount was a blessing. These guys know their stuff, are friendly and helpful, and have a fantastic approach to customer service. Very highly recommend.

Spectacular customer service. They have outfitted my family (me, wife, 2 young kids) for 5 years now for skiing. Lee never tries to "upsell me" and in fact has been instrumental in preventing us from spending unnecessary money in replacing equipment that the kids were able to use for an additional year. Lee, in particular, engenders trust and makes you feel as though your money and time is respected. I really like that about this shop. My wife and I have been skiing for 40 years and this is top drawer service. Thank you Paramount (and Lee).

Had a toe ladder break on my snowboard bindings and had trouble finding the exact replacement. Stopped in and had one of the servicing team members take the time to establish a solution and help out. Only looking for suggestions I greatly appreciated the time to find an alternative. Would reccomend this shop!

Amazing selection of high end brands for skiing, snowboarding and biking. Patagonia, Arcteryx, Rab, Oakley, Smartwool, and soooo much more. Norco and Giant bike lines. So many skis and boards. It’s like Christmas morning every time I visit! Fantastic staff, full-service snow and bike shop, great space. Highly recommend!!

The team at Paramount Sports is unlike anywhere else in the area. They are helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgable about skis, bikes, and boards. They really get to know you and ask questions to understand your needs, to get you the gear that is a perfect fit for you and what you will be using it for. When I went in looking for a bike they asked me questions that I hadn't even thought of yet, which really helped to open my eyes. When I upgrade my ski gear I will definitely be going back to Paramount Sports because I know I will get great equipment and a great experience.

I had an issue with my Yakima rack, and they took the time to help me out. They really didn’t have to - I bought the rack years ago elsewhere. Despite that, they helped me get the rack fitted snugly, and I was on my way. Great people.

Went with the ambitious hope of finding a snowboard for my 2 year old, and expecting a special order would be required. I was impressed that they had the perfect gear in stock. They provided great advice to make sure we selected items that will adapt as she grows. We’re ready for years to come! Bring on the snow!

Great staff, great service for all of my biking needs!

I've been in a couple times and always met by a friendly helpful clerk. Today Lee went over a couple 2019 bikes coming in and we talked about some repair parts. He was very helpful and I'll be back to see them when it comes time to buy.

Bought a Giant Talon 3 here after being recommended by a friend. This is more like going to a bike expert shop than a sporting goods store. Big thanks to Kevin and Lee and all the other staff. Rode the bike and highly impressed...will recommend to others and repeat business.

This is my favorite shop in Guelph! Great selection, nice staff. I haven’t had any repair work done so I can’t speak to anything beyond the cycling gear selection. Nevertheless, I’ll be back.

A hidden gem in Guelph! I went in to buy new skis on a whim. The staff were friendly, casual and knowledgeable. I was in and out with a brand new set of skis in no time - waxed with bindings set up for my boots and all. Thanks Ian!
