What can I say…My daughters and I have been doing business with Harsh for several years and he never disappoints. No matter what the issue is with your phone, he can fix it without a doubt! We now reside in Mississauga and we still drive all the way to Kitchener to do business with him. He is always so professional and his work is impeccable. Honest. Friendly. No sales pressure. Harsh works fast and prices are very reasonable. He replaced the battery in my iPhone about 2 months ago. I dropped it a few days ago. Took it to him today and mentioned after I dropped it, the battery drained quickly. 90 m later it was done. He found a sliver of glass in the battery and replaced it for free. Great service!

Was far away from home visiting daughters and grandchildren on a Friday when I dropped my phone and smashed the screen. The owner offered to rush a new screen in for Saturday. I couldn't drop for repairs until late Saturday. He repaired that night and offered me the opportunity to pick up on Sunday morning early so I can get back home. He did an amazingly great job and a respectable price. Excellent customer service. Small shop but big heart and thought.

Great and quick service. They are extremely affordable, for a repair that Apple quoted me almost $600, these guys did it for $125. I am very satisfied with their service. Staff is friendly and helpful. They take good precautions like wiping down the phone to ensure they are very COVID safe. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I am so impressed with my experience at I-wave. I came in for one issue and within an hour, my phone was fixed and he addressed several other issues that I didn’t even know about. The fee was very reasonable and having been told at Apple that I would have to replace my phone entirely, I was blown away that it could be repaired— let alone within such a short time period. The service was efficient and my phone is basically brand new... I am very happy. He was able to fix everything and I was only without my phone for an hour. And he is the kindest, most knowledgeable person in the business. I highly recommend I-wave! I’ll be back! It is a hidden gem! 😊❤

Great service. Had my pixel 4 charge port replaced. They were able to squeeze me in to get it done same-day, fairly late in the evening. I'm very happy with the results, and at a very reasonable price. Will come back for future repairs.

This has been by far the best phone repair experience I have had to date. The owner is super friendly and genuinely there to help no matter the situation. He has helped me out on multiple occasions with cracked screens and a non functioning touch display on my iPhone 6. He gets repairs done within the hour and has reasonable prices for repairs and phone accessories. I am for sure returning to I-wave for any cracked phone screen and other phone repairs in the future. This place was a super great find and I would not go anywhere else.

I had a fantastic experience! The staff I worked with was very knowledgeable and fast! He even worked on his day off to make sure the work was done quickly. He threw in a charging cord due to my destroyed one. Very friendly, never demeaning. I will always be using them now.

My boyfriend cracked his phone screen this morning, damaging both the glass, and the LCD component. Upon a quick google search this morning, I came across the business. I called the gentleman around 6:30pm, and he told me to bring the phone in any time before closing (8pm). We dropped the phone off expecting to wait at least overnight. Within 30 minutes, the phone was as good as new.

This business truly cares about quality and the satisfaction of their customers. Additionally, their prices are amazing.
I 100% recommend this place to anyone for phone repairs.

As a side note, we noticed they have cell phone plans available for significantly below market value. Their plans run off of top-tier service providers as well.

Excellent service - I came to i-Wave for a MacBook Pro screen replacement. The service was completed in a very timely fashion, and they were responsive. The repair price was fair and it was clearly explained to me exactly what the issue was and how they would be repairing it. I had a great experience here. I took my 4 year old cell phone in, and while it ended up not being and affordable repair due to the Covid chip shortage, it was still a great experience. I was given many options and staff were friendly and knowledgable. I still can't believe I had no bill to pay at the end of it all, considering they took my cell phone apart and spent time chatting with me and suppliers. Highly recommend!
