I ordered a florist pick gift for my best friend for her opening day for her clinic. I was a little confused about entrances and times, and the flowers were delivered regardless at the most perfect timing. My friend sent me a picture of the flowers and I'm blown away by everything. I am very happy with this florist(Floral Images) located in Guelph, Ontario. They have many ideas to.choose from on their website. They created a lovely, modern, soft looking arrangement, as requested. Delivery was exactly as promised. The recipient of this sympathy bouquet gratefully accepted this remembrance of her loss and said it was beautiful. Thank you Floral Images!

Flowers were absolutely beautiful. When I picked them up this really nice guy put my card inside the flowers and wrapped the flowers up nicely with ribbon.

Seriously these guys are the best place ever for flowers. It has been my go to shop now for as long as I can remember. Floral Images have the most beautiful selection of flowers. It’s a family run shop that will put together the most beautiful of arrangements. I was in today and I kid you not, they have 4 foot tall roses in stock. Talk to Amyn, he helped me win over my girl with some last min sunflowers and he can help you too!

My friend said the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. The picture she took looked exactly what I had ordered. As well, customer service was excellent as Floral Images called me for my friend's correct phone number. Once they had the correct number they were able to call my friend to let her know she would be getting the delivery. Thank you for a job well done!

Ordered two beautiful bouquets of cut flowers for my sisters last day of work. I had called 6 other florists in the Guelph area and they were either out of cut flowers (?!) or didn’t answer the phone.
Floral image answered the phone, had two gorgeous bouquets ready for me within an hour, and the owner of the shop was so kind and friendly. Highly recommend you take your flower business here!

The best flower shop in town. One of the key features of this store is their opening hours. They are the 1st shop to open everyday in the city. They have very good collection too. The flowers are fresh and the owners take care of the customers in a friendly manner. I went to buy flowers for my home on Eid day and the lady made a lovely bouquet for us. I will be coming back to this shop definitely.

Kindness in a Flower Shop
Earlier this week, I ordered flowers from Floral Images in Guelph, Ontario, to be delivered to a relative in the area. The relative had recently moved, and I did not have the address, but I was able to get it from another family member. Neither of us had our relative’s phone number in Ontario, so I used my own.
The online ordering process was seamless (Google even filled in the city, province and postal code for me). This is where a series of errors (all my own doing) began.
Shortly after I placed my order, I received a call from the florist who wondered why I wished to send flowers from Ontario to BC when I lived in BC. Great question. In my haste, I had failed to realize that Google had filled in my own city and postal code for the flower delivery. The owner was extremely kind, fixed my error and said she would send the flowers the following day. I said that if no one was home, please leave them on the porch (as I still did not have the phone number).
Enter mistake #2. The flower shop owner called me back bright and early the next morning to say that the person who received the flowers was not my relative, did not know my relative and apparently, my relative had never lived there. The owner was still extremely kind and said that she would have the flowers picked up and redelivered as soon as I provided the correct address, and she politely requested that I try to get my relative’s valid phone number.
I scrambled, got the necessary details, and sent them to her.
The following morning, one of the owners called again and said they had received the correct address and now had a new plan.
The owners had contacted the mistaken recipient of the flowers and told her to enjoy them (for free). They then generously offered to make up a fresh flower arrangement and send it to my relative that day, also for free.
I had to pause on the phone to ensure I had heard correctly. I had made the mistake, and the flower shop owners were making everything right at their own expense. They knew the flowers were sent in sympathy and offered my family their sincere condolences.
The flowers have since been received, and I have heard back from my relative, who said they brought the first smile to her face that she had had in days. She added that the arrangement was beautiful.
In a world where kindness sometimes feels scarce, this experience with Floral Images was incredibly uplifting.
My sincere appreciation goes to the mother and son owners of this extraordinary flower shop.
