These guys are like nights and shining armor! What CAA couldn't do in fact got me even further stuck Becker Brothers came to the rescue!
I thought for sure CAA dug my car into the dirt and snow and broke my axle turning the wheel back and forth to get out of the ditch and bottomed out the frame. Backer brothers professionally pulled me out. Saved my car and were seriously wonderfully nice at the same time. 2 CAA members, one Becker brother's guy. Save your money. Don't bother with the CAA membership

Becker Bro’s to the rescue! I was in a predicament, the fuel pump in my Ram 2500 quit, in an underground parking garage with only 6’6” of clearance and a tight squeeze in. After calling several companies and given a hard time, Becker Bro’s saved the day! The dispatcher provided amazing customer service and the operator - Barry - came in with confidence as if he had been on the job for 20 years (cause he has) and the entire process went as smooth as butter! A very stressful situation turned into a great experience and they have my business for life!

From the time I contacted them, until my move was complete the staff and service were exceptional. The dispatch team was great on the phone and very informative and the driver who arrived was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using this company again.

Always good experience, driver saved me a good amount of cash, as his wife had the same make (different model), he suggested a boost and to purchase a battery. Did the trick!! I am not mechanically smart, so his honesty saved me a huge amount of cash, I believe. A huge thank you!!!

All around excellent service. They towed a vehicle we had in an accident, called and got straight through to someone who arranged the tow. Driver showed up on scene within 10-15 minutes and was polite/professional/careful with the vehicle. Next day went to pick up belongings from the vehicle and again they were very nice and helpful and it was such a smooth process. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Also their new facility on Strasburg Road is very nice, clean, and modern...nice change of pace from most automotive places and you can tell they care about their business and customers.

Used BBT to unlock my vehicle. Dispatcher said it would be about 30 minute wait; was exactly 30 minutes. Driver was friendly and got my door open in only a few minutes; then I was on my way. Great service BBT!

Extremely accommodating and helpful organizing over the phone to help me out of a tricky situation. The driver was there in no time and worked for a long time to carefully get my car loaded up. It took a lot of extra work that was above and beyond the regular services and he did it and was friendly the whole time. Fair prices for it all to top it off!

Called becker brothers towing when I was having battery issues with my truck. Took a little while for someone to show up but when Troy arrived he was efficient, friendly & helpful. He was quick, knowledgeable & indulged my curiosities about the job & processes .
Highly recommend. Price was great too.

Forgot to get the name of the operator but let me tell you by far best service I've had on a hook in a long time every one else was 3 plus hours I broke down in Fergus and they were there with in hour and a half. Very professional would highly recommend calling BBT

After calling a couple places for quotes, I went with Becker Bros to help open my car after I locked my keys inside. The technician arrived in about half an hour, got into my car in two minutes, and charged a reasonable fee. Awesome! I'd definitely call them again :)

This place! Staff on the phone were great, knowledgeable and diligent. Just on the ball with inquiries and a quick response if they needed to clarify something. Driver they sent was a good ol dude. All around great customer experience and a little refreshing in today's world! Keep up the good work guys!

Was so happy with the overall service for what should have been an absolutely unpleasant experience that I just had to leave a review. Quick accurate phone call, truck came by super quick, attendant was extremely friendly and knew his stuff. Cost was extremely reasonable and I would absolutely recommend this company if you need a tow.

We needed a tow and called BBT based on a past positive experience. The driver was Dave. He was cheerful, helpful, concerned, and prompt. He had safety in mind as he hooked up and unhooked our vehicle. Excellent service with a smile and a "Merry Christmas" to boot! The towing charge was very reasonable and exactly as quoted.

Tow experience went well! Had Mike respond to the call on a Friday evening and he was super friendly and very up-front with everything he did. Offered different towing options and broke down the pricing nicely. Thanks again Mike!

Honestly nothing but good words for this company, they charge what they have to, to get the job done I have bin in multiple situations where I needed a tow truck (I bought a lemon for a car) called other towing companies in the Guelph area and no one was as pleasant as these guys. I rarely write reviews, but today my tire busted at Ottawa/Mowat area. I could have easily changed the tire with a spare, but it was -18 outside with -30 windchill, so I opted to call a tow company to tow car to CanadianTire at Sunrise (right up the road at Ottawa/Fischer-Hallman).

I called a couple of area Tow companies and I got some outrageous quotes. One company told me they charge $89 just to hookup the car to their tow truck, then they charge about $4/km. That was crazy ridiculous.

I called Beck Bros and they were pleasant over the phone, and gave me a flat-rate quote that was very reasonable. Tow truck driver, Alex, was also very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend them.

We just had our truck + camper towed on July 1st . This could have been a real nightmare, stranded over half way to Hamilton on a holiday. The tow truck arrived promptly, the driver was courteous and efficient, and the fee charged was reasonable . Thanks

Got a tow truck of my own. Broke down on 401 eastbound. Called this company and a flatbad showed up in a fair waiting time with fair prices. Loved the service. Don is the best!))

Just got picked up by Wyatt of Becker Bros Towing. He was pleasant and courteous. We had a good conversation on the drive to my mechanic. I would call them up again!
