I recently purchased a 5 piece sectional from the Brick. It will be delivered in 2 days. Dave was the sales rep that we spoke with and I would like to say that he went above and beyond to be cordial, informative and to secure us a good deal. Also when the manager spoke to us, he was more than knowledgeable and helpful. They do strive to make you feel welcome. I cannot comment as of yet on the actual delivery, as it has not happened, but will do so after our sectional arrives and is set up. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend The Brick in Guelph, Ontario. Thank you Dave for your willingness to help us with our decision.

Had a very pleasant experience in the Guelph store. The sales rep Raj was wonderful to deal with. Found a great product and within my specified price range. Was not pushy to make a sale and was more than accepting to let me browse other shops to compare prices...ect. In the end their prices were more than reasonable and I am satisfied. They even worked out getting a faster delivery date then what was initially given.

It was an excellent shopping experience. Purchased a beautiful bed, couch, chair, and rug.
Travis, the salesperson explained all pricing and was obviously very familiar with the stock on hand.
He was not pushy but always available nearby to answer our questions.
I would most definitely recommend your store to family and friends.
Travis is the absolute best!

We had a great experience with Ash at the Guelph location of The Brick. He was very helpful in helping us pick out a dining room table and couch for our new home! He shared lots of information to help us make the best decision. He also shared lots of details about different bed and mattress options for when we go to purchase our new bed. They were very flexible with delivery dates as well. We can’t wait to try out our new couch and dining room table in our new home! We will definitely be back to purchase more items from The Brick in the future!

Brittany and Heather did an excellent job at helping me replace my washing machine at Christmas time. They narrowed down my options by asking for a list of what I want in a machine and made the whole process simple. Delivery was faster than anywhere else was offering (I would still be waiting!). The delivery guys were professional and quick and arrived when they said they would. I highly recommend them.

Really nice staff 👍. Very friendly and greeted you with a smile. They found everything I needed for my living area. Fast delivery and the movers were really great. 👌 5 star for me .

My wife and I stopped by this location as we were in the market for a new sectional couch. We were greeted by both Leah and Meg. Both were super helpful in finding us the couch and options that would work for us. Leah also double checked and measured the couch for us to ensure the couch we selected would be a good fit. I will definitely come by again the next time I'm looking for furniture or appliance because of the awesome customer service today from these two ladies :)

My partner and I went to The Brick in Guelph looking to just browse the mattresses and sectionals. We were greeted and assisted by Charlie who was a huge help. All of our questions and concerns were answered and Charlie was very helpful and let us know of all the available deals, without being pushy at all. We would highly recommended checking out this store for any of your furniture needs

Dave answered all my fiancés questions… and she had a lot of them. Dave gave us all the information and helped us pick out our new king size bed. Dave is very friendly and laughed at all my jokes giving me the validation I so desperately needed on a Saturday. Good work Dave! I will be back for my next round of home upgrades.

We frequently buy from The Brick in Guelph when looking for furniture. This time, we worked with Travis R at the recommendation from friends and we were pleased with the experience. Travis was easy to deal with and gave space naturally when we were talking and was there when we had questions. Very friendly and easy to talk too. Went in to purchase a TV. The sale person Ghalib was great. He made the process easy. He was very helpful, friendly and answered all my questions with ease. He even had a warehouse employee load the tv in to my vehicle for me. Everyone I dealt with from Ghalib to the girl at the back who cashed me out to the gentleman that helped to put the tv in my vehicle they were all very pleasant, helpful and very friendly. Having a background in Customer Service certainly helps to recognize good customer service from "bad or no" customer service.  Such was the experience I received recently with The Brick in Guelph.  From the beginning of walking in the door to selecting the loveseat I had been looking for, Leah Walker  Sales Associate was working for me, listening & suggesting.  Upon purchase, the delivery was within days.  It was also Black Friday, so financially it was within my budget with a reduced price & free delivery.  Unfortunately the delivery didn't go so well.  A mess of wet boots all over my floors and not noticing a very prominent mark on one of the arms was disappointing.  I called The Brick and went to the store & within minutes a new one was ordered, new delivery date set & a store credit for a future purchase was given.  Thank you Leah for going above and beyond and that's what I call "GOOD" Customer Service.

We came in to get a new mattress and had the pleasure of being helped by Leah walker. She works super hard for her clients and is very informative and just a pleasure to talk to. Definitely made us happy we decided to shop in store instead of online!
