Staff is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They seem to genuinely care about the customers needs above their own. They have a great array of products at competitive prices. My sales rep is always following up and even touches base if we haven't spoken in some time. I highly recommend for any growers in need of assistance to contact them, especially anyone new-to-the-game. They would learn a lot.

Orders were delivered on time and staff was friendly.

A young farmer that does not like to be steered in wrong direction. We are the lifeline to the future for agriculture.

Please do your due diligence and do not let their agronomist convince you to buy product and not return calls on feeding program.

They send letters to new farmers, they try to sell you everything and the house. They complete sale and then on to the next young farmer to prey on.

My experience when working with real farm suppliers. They actually want to see farmers succeed. Especially young farmers (rare these days).

We called back Kams/Royal Brink to enquire, with no answer. I left this matter as we had a busy farming year ahead. I was hoping they would call us back. Nothing!!

I called Royal Brinks to see why this happened and can they handle it for us.

Response: We have no clue who sold you product. We can give you feeding schedule now if you need.

Totally missed the ball here. We want a trusting working relationship. Someone to work with, and not just another # on there sales list.

We then asked to return it. ( Still sealed in bags )

Response: its too old and could be contaminated.

I felt that i was preyed on for my lack of farming knowledge and trusted experts to lead me in the right direction.

Kams being bought under Royal Brinkman is either a name change, and/or taken under Royal umbrella because of Kams terrible business model. I would look into what company culture they carried over from Kams.

All I can do is assume and wish that a company of this size does not call us farmers to try and convince us to buy product from them and then not follow up with feeding program or how they can support us.

I have since went to source other suppliers that have a trusted platform that desires for young farmers to succeed.

Isn't this good business practices. This $1100 means everything to us in operating capital. Its a drop in the bucket for Kams/Royal Brink to handle this matter professionally.

A huge missed opportunity.
