I had issue with starting car after changing starter so brought to this dealer. First they kept my car for 3 weeks to figure out the issue. The service guy who took my car didn’t informed me anything also he was on leave for 1 week. They changed the fuse and re programmed remote start without giving any remote starter and even i told them that i don’t have remote starter but they reprogrammed and charged me. While taking care of I specifically asked if there will be any issue they said no the next day car didn’t so i called them they told to tow car to showroom and if the issue was same they will fix and refund me. Next day they denied everything and after towing there they were giving me quotation to check what they already fixed. I guess all over montreal if any garage say tow it to them and they will refund never trust them cause they won’t pay.

sales manager was rude ,disrespectful
Not suggest to buy anything there .

Recommande de faire des mauvaises réparations.
Ne trouve pas les problèmes.
