Whenever I have needed physiotherapy, Monica has treated me with great care and compassion. From recovering after a car accident to my frozen shoulder, broken wrist or recurring lower back pain, I always get the individualized attention that I need.
The physiotherapy and ergo therapy areas are relaxed and welcoming. If you have the opportunity to exercise with Sue as part of your recovery, she is an outstanding trainer, she makes you feel better while creating the perfect exercise schedule.
Parking is free for physiotherapy and ergo therapy patients in the attached parking lot.

Other then that it's close to metro Vendome and it.has an elevator to go on 3rd floor.

Clean and organized

Great service, the whole team is so helpful. Doctors on staff, physio, masso and even exercise classes. A one stop shop!

Pretty easy to book appointments, they have a clinic with several different doctors (at least 2 gp's) plus the physiotherapy center with kind, friendly, competent personnel (I,'ve done physio here for 2 years in a row when I got hurt and after I go as needed) and a small gym.
People are nice and friendly and they know their business, while appointments are required they usually easy and fast to get most times the same week (except for the specialist doctors).
They have a parking lot (paying parking for doctors consult free for physiotherapy) that makes it hassle free for parking.

J'ai attendu 1 1/2heure pour voir le Dr.Levesque, celui-ci est compétent mais pas du tout sympathique. La salle d'attente est très bruyante surtout à cause des réceptionnistes qui parlent très fort et qui sont très familières avec certains des patients. Attention pour le parking, il faut payer $15 car l'attente semble toujours plus d'une heure, j'aurais apprécié qu'il m'informe de ceci à mon arrivée, mieux vaut y aller en transport en commun, le métro Vendôme est à coté.

Probably the rudest secretaries I have ever dealt with. You would think that if you waited 2 months for an appointment to be informed of needing to bring test results because apparently they can’t access test results at this doctors office. Was scolded for not having them and then my appointment that I had arrived for was cancelled in front of me. Was scolded about parking of which I had paid $15 for only to have my appointment cancelled. Was scolded when I nicely asked if the doctor was semi on time and if not I needed to call work to inform them.
Such a bummer experience. It’s really disappointing when people take whatever frustration they’re dealing with out on you. I hope this doesn’t continue when I return to this clinic for my rescheduled appointment. Wishing people who attend this clinic a better experience than what I had. Maybe everyone’s all stressed today because it’s raining cats and dogs out. I don’t know. *sigh*

Just by the telephone conversation I can say , it's probably one of those place who doesn't respect patients just because it's covered by RAMQ. they should hire better staff.

Edit: Finally got an appointment And I am waiting past my appointment time by two and a half hours and some how there are 3 people ahead of me. BTW people who had appointment after me were able to see the doctor ahead of me. So, not sure what's going on but definitely lack of professionalism.

....And finally I got see the doctor. She was very helpful and explained in details, so happy with that.

The receptionists are extremely rude and unprofessional. They said that if they get charged with malpractice they will send me an invoice... all because they didn't like that I was from out of province. They just didn't want to deal with the out of province forms. I'm no lawyer but that's not how it works. They were also gossiping loudly. Just overall unpleasant.

It is a shame that this place is reflected by the front desk staff. I wish they would read their reviews and listen to everyone; they come off as extremely rude and they speak very loudly about other patients’ confidential medical information. They are unprofessional and seem to make everyone uncomfortable. I have heard them swear and make fun of people who call in when they hang up the phone. Do not work a reception job if you do not like or want to help people. It is as simple as that.

Reception staff are the most rude, condescending and unknowledgeable I have ever dealt with in any healthcare facility. I can’t imagine worse representation for the physicians who work out of this clinic.

I decided to see my physician and book subsequent treatments elsewhere. In these clinics therapists typically rely on in-house doctors for referrals. If you are a therapist at this clinic and/or the ownership be aware that the extreme lack of professionalism at reception is hurting your bottom line.

the harpies at reception are unbelievable - they shout at and humiliate patients, are cold and unsympathetic. why they're allowed to work with the public is beyond me. patients who come here are already in pain - why add to it with nasty service? i gave one star only because the site won't allow me to leave none.

When called with my appointment slot it was reiterated several times the importance to show early.

Currently we are 2 hours past my slot and somehow they tell me there are still people ahead of me?

Reception was rude and impatient! This type of attitude is unacceptable! Its quite obvious from most other reviews that this is an ongoing issue and it seems the administration of this establishment doesn't care and is not doing anything about it.
