Physio Monkland

Ariane has helped me tremendously with chronic pain in my foot. She is very professional, detailed oriented, organized and compassionated. As a client you get an initial evaluation, and then a personalised treatment with exercises, manual therapy and follow ups. I have been to many physios both in Montreal and abroad throughout the years. Ariane is definitely the best, both as a professional but also as a human being! We are very lucky to have her in our community and also close to Villa Maria for those who are not in NDG.

Ariane, treated a very debilitating backache that only seemed to get worse. Following sessions with her I can only marvel at how the pain has disappeared. Thank you so much for your treatment Ariane , they really worked!

The most important thing for me when I see a physiotherapist is that I feel comfortable and that the individual treating me is invested in my health. I booked an appointment for my lower back pain with Ariane and what a difference it made! She is compassionate and professional and offered services, such as dry needling, that I would have never thought to try! Not to mention the fact that for the entire hour she is with you and ONLY you! I highly recommend Ariane as she really takes her time to treat and educate!

Overall, Ariane is an incredible physiotherapist with an unmatched level of knowledge, skill, and compassion. I started working with her due to a debilitating shoulder injury and after visiting other physiotherapists in the area. I can confidently say that Ariane is the best there is, both in terms of her expertise and in terms of the quality of her space. She managed to identify what turned out to be a complex issue and broke it down for me in an easy and digestible way. I can't possibly recommend her enough!!

Ariane is an incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and skilled physiotherapist. I started working with her because of severe back pain. In our first meeting, she conducted a thorough examination. She was able to identify the cause of the problem, clearly reflecting deep understanding of the human body. At the end of each session, she would send me home with "homework" exercises, which helped tremendously to relax the muscles and ultimately build strength. After ~6 sessions, I am happy to report that back is feeling much better and feel stronger than I've felt in a long while.

The space is clean and organized. Making the initial appointment online was very easy. She was also available to answer my questions over email. It was a pleasure working with her. I have recommended her to all of my friends and family. If you are looking for a physiotherapist, she is the one for you.

I recently got injured again and I was very happy to have found her services again at Physio Monkland.
She is very knowledgeable and always very professional. Furthermore, our appointments are now 1 hour which allows her even more time to work on different issues. She has a holistic approach to treating the injury but also in fixing the weaknesses that caused the injury to happen in first place. Highly recommend!

I am a gymnastics coach, and I always recommend my gymnasts to Physio Monkland. Ariane spends the time needed with each athlete to insure the best recovery. One of the main reasons that caught my attention with Physio Monkland are the 1-hour treatments. That is simply amazing as I didn't feel rushed. Typically you get 30 minutes when visiting a physio. Not here. You get double the time.

Ariane did a great job with my neck pain.
