We experienced great service from Candace on both the purchase and sale of our previous home. Candace recommended highly qualified people, including a home stager and appliance repair person, to assist us. Also, Candace skilfully navigated the process even managing to shorten the buy/purchase period.

We listed our apartment back in May and after 12 Open Houses, 30+ private showings, 2 price drops and my growing frustration with our lacklustre realtor, we had almost given up on the idea of moving this year.

Then a neighbor mentioned Candace ... “she’s a real firecracker” ...then more neighbors mentioned her “she sold our place in no time” “she went beyond what we expected” and so I contacted her on 30 September and she started to weave her magic. By the evening of the 30th we had sound advice on how to restage/redecorate our apartment, plus a quote from decorators that Candace had looped in and a start date to get on with the work!
