She also has a lot of experience with real estate as well as development, so she shared a lot of useful knowledge about every listing. When looking for a realtor, we were worried that we would be pressured to buy before we felt ready, but Ashley took time to educate us and listened to our concerns to make sure we were happy with our purchase. She was proactive in finding listings to look at and was easy to communicate with. Once we did decide to put in offers, she was quick and efficient, and was able to look out for our best interest in negotiation with the selling realtor.
