Our experience with Trio KW has been exceptional. From the first day we reached out, everything has been organized, timely, and explained to us in detail. Our appointments are always on time and the nurses are absolutely amazing. Each one of them has been compassionate, patient, understanding, and supportive as we go through this difficult journey. I never feel like a bother while asking a ton of questions and they are so reassuring when I start to worry about what is next. It truly feels like they are walking alongside us on our fertility journey and we are so grateful for each and every member of the Trio KW team!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with TRIO KW as we embarked on the scary journey of IVF. The nurses were friendly, knew me by name and we always VERY punctual, which doesn't seem to be the norm in this line of work.

Everyone was always so helpful when I would call or email with a million questions and I never felt like I was being a bother (even though I'm sure I was).

I cannot thank this team enough for investing in my care and making this experience as pleasant as possible. I would recommend this clinic again and again!

The entire team was wonderful to work with - responsive on emails, informative, supportive, and caring! Working with their naturopath in combination with the fertility doctor made my experience even better! Currently 36w pregnant with the baby they helped us conceive, couldn't be happier with their support through the process.

I can't say enough nice things about the nurses and naturopath here. This journey is very painful and stressful, but the staff you see day-to-day never make you feel like another number. Big shout out to Carly, Chrissy, Jazmin, Amy, Ashleigh, and Camille!

Our time at Trio KW Fertility Clinic was one of the most memorable and wonderful experiences we have ever had. The Nurses at the Trio KW Fertility Clinic are outstanding. You are always welcomed with a warm smile, comfort and understanding. They always go above and beyond to make sure all of your questions are answered and you have everything you need to prepare after each appointment. Anytime we felt anxious or worried they were always just a phone call or email away and would respond within the hour. It can be a very emotional time with all of the appointments and uncertainty, but the Nurses are always there to guide you. Whether you need a good laugh, hug or cry, they are always there for you. We are so thrilled to announce the birth of our baby girl, Sophia who was born on February 22, 2020. She is our miracle baby and we would not be here today had it not been for the Nurses at the TRIO KW Fertility Clinic. My husband and I are so in love with her and are so grateful and appreciative for all the support and encouragement we endured. Thank you so much, Amy, Carly and Vanessa, you made our dream come true! xo

I was a TRIO patient between April-October 2023. I am currently 30 weeks pregnant with my baby girl that they helped me conceive. While I am so thankful to them for their help in making my dreams a reality, there’s a couple things i’d like to talk about.

I originally wasn’t going to say anything but after reading some of the reviews and coming in contact with two other previous patients by chance I decided it would be best to state my experience:

They were very accommodating of my schedule. I was juggling multiple things at the time of my appointments and they were able to accommodate me very well.
there was a time I knew I was going to be late, but only by 10ish minutes. I tried to call to state i’d be late and it wasn’t going through. I emailed & got an answer that it would be fine. I showed up to my appointment and apologized for being late and got a mini lecture from a nurse on how I should’ve called and how it’s gonna affect their schedule with other patients. I tried to say I emailed and was told it was okay because I wasn’t able to get through with calling and just kept getting cut off. I just let it go and didn’t try to argue. I tried not to be late after that.

I think only two of the multiple nurses I saw really took the time to talk to me, whether it was about my day or they talked me through my ultrasounds and blood work it was really nice to talk to someone. The rest of the time I just felt like some of the nurses wanted me in and out as fast as possible.

Dr. Lam was very kind, professional and thorough when explaining everything to me.
I only saw her twice but she was really great when it came to talking to me about my treatment plan and making me feel welcome.

For my first IUI, I was told to come in with a full bladder. I was told that it helps guide the catheter into my cervix and into my uterus. the first attempt it didn’t fit, so I figured i’d have to drink more water. Instead I was told to empty my bladder which made no sense to me, it still didn’t work and my IUI ended up being an ICI. I felt like I had wasted my money and time for something they knew wouldn’t work as I overheard them talking. My second IUI went smoothly. I ended up drinking more water than I did the first time and I ended up getting pregnant.

For my second IUI I had issues paying the full amount right away. I have always paid everything on time. I was scared of running late so I accidentally forgot my card at home. I used my phone to pay but I had exceeded the limit it had. This happened while I was waiting for my donor sperm to be washed. I had already paid for about 80% of the procedure. I started getting anxious about this as there were people sitting down in the office listening and all the nurses were in the room looking at me weirdly. Carly was kind enough to let me do my IUI and said I could come back and pay afterwards or call to pay another day because she didn’t want my sample to go bad. Although I know I’m at fault for forgetting my card, I feel like instead of being judged and having everything being talked about in the open it could have been handled privately. I didn’t need the other people sitting in the office to think i’m incapable of paying or to know my business. As I turned around and walked back to sit down and wait could feel them looking at me…and the other people sitting there waiting were looking at me funny as well… And once again I heard them talking about it amongst themselves while I was in the room next to them laying down for the 10 minutes you’re supposed wait for after your IUI. I’m sure the other patients overheard as wel. I cried once the nurse left after my procedure because I felt really judged. I ended up leaving and coming back to pay 20 minutes later and they were acting all nice again.

Overall, I don’t really know how to rate my experience because in the end I did get my baby girl, and I am so thankful that they were able to help me achieve this within 6 months…but I don’t think I would go here again.

Hope this comment reaches out to those who are looking to embark on the fertility's treatment journey.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the treatment my wife and I have received at Trio fertility clinic and from Dr.Sierra. My wife and I embarked on this emotionally and physically challenging journey in the hope of starting a family, but the experiences I have had thus far have left me feeling utterly disregarded and disheartened.

First and foremost, my wife and I were aware from the beginning that this would be a very challenging road in terms of finances and emotions. Nevertheless, we wanted to make sure we gave it our best so that, even if we weren't successful in starting a family, we could at least say we tried. What upsets me the most with TRIO is that they didn’t give us 100%, it was more like 50% and we were just another number and all we really wanted was clear communication and that personal touch to make us believe you guys cared and gave it your best as well .

Furthermore, the level of professionalism and empathy exhibited by your staff has been subpar, to say the least. I have encountered numerous instances where I have been made to feel like just another number on a conveyor belt, rather than a human being undergoing a deeply personal and emotionally charged journey.

Moreover, the disorganization and lack of communication between Trio Clinic to Trio clinic is a joke. From misplaced medical records to scheduling errors, it is clear that there are significant issues with your administrative procedures. I cannot stress enough how crucial it is to have a well-oiled and efficient system in place, considering the delicate nature of the treatments and the emotional rollercoaster couples go through.

I want to emphasize that my intention in writing this review is not simply to vent my frustrations but to implore you to take immediate action to rectify these issues. The fertility journey is a deeply personal and vulnerable one, and patients deserve to be treated with compassion and simple make them feel like TRIO will do everything we can.

As per the response below. Provide a number where I can call to discuss my review.

The only good thing about this clinic has been the naturopath Dr. Camille Krause (who I highly recommend), and the nurses. However the experience with Dr. Browning was horrible. I have PCOS and I ovulate later than the regular 14 days, which a doctor should know. However, he only did 1 month of only blood work, no cycle monitoring nothing of that sort and he decided that i don't ovulate because my progesterone came back low. I told him i do ovulate and what if i just take progesterone. He laughed at me saying "how will that help you?". Well2 months later I got pregnant naturally, 2 times one after the other, but unfortunately they ended in miscarriages. So of Ccourse he was wrong but didn't bother to actually look more into it because all he wanted us to do is to go ahead and do iui. So, I would def not recommend going here unless you want to see Dr. Camille or if you are looking for iui or ivf.

We’ve never felt more like a number rather than a patient than with the Trios clinic. Every appointment was rushed, the nurses never seemed to want to engage, and it was impossible to get time with the Dr to ask any additional questions.
