Went for an initial assessment with Jack St. Louis today. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what he was doing, and answered any questions I had in a simple way that was easy to understand. He worked on me with great care and confidence. I will be going back on a regular basis!

Shawn was excellent. He was great with my eight-year-old son as well as myself. Took the time to explain everything to me and how things work. Professional and would highly recommend!

Very pleasant experience today with Jack. He took impressions for new orthotics which was quick and painless. Clinic is clean and well run. Only drawback is the price of orthotics. Seniors or those without benefits will find it pricey.

Wendy is just the sweetest lady ever. Every time I’ve been treated by her it’s like a getaway from every day life and her treatments worked wonders (I was treated for plantar fasciitis and peroneal tendon/achilles tendinitis issues with shock wave)! She’s super knowledgeable, extremely professional and very reasonably priced, I’d never switch now that I’ve found her and her clinic!!! Highly recommend!

I made an appointment with this clinic because I had a callus on the bottom of one foot that had been painful to walk on for about a year. My own efforts to remove it at home were not effective. Wendy was the person who looked after me and she was wonderful....kind, lovely to chat with, efficient, and caring. The lady at the desk when I went in to the clinic was also very nice and very helpful. My whole experience was just great and I would not hesitate to go to this clinic again if I have any foot problems in the future.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Wendy Hoxha at Healthy Feet KW! She is incredibly knowledgeable and was so patient with me. Dr. Hoxha answered all my questions and made my toe operation as painless as possible.

I brought my mom in and saw Wendy Hoxha. We were so embarrassed to see her because my mom hasn't been taking good care of her feet. But Wendy was so kind and reassure us that it was alright and understood the pain my mom was having on her feet.

She did an excellent job on her feet and she can walk with less pain now. Thank you Wendy!

Even though I was late, the receptionist and chiropodist were very gracious and professional. I was ordering new orthotics and Wendy took my imprint and explained different aspects of my feet. She then trimmed my toenails and removed calluses. Entirely satisfied and would recommend.

Super kind and wonderful clinic! The receptionist on the phone helping me out with my booking was incredibly kind. When I arrived, Wendy was ready for our appointment and did an amazing and thorough assessment. Very friendly and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable at this clinic. Shawn has been my pedorthist for years now and has kept me walking pain free. He is very friendly and approachable. He will listen to you and get you the orthotics that work. And they last! Most highly recommended if you are looking for orthotics!

I saw Wendy Hoxha and was incredibly impressed! She explained everything very well, was kind and professional, and went beyond what she needed to do to take care of me. I will be back and referring my family to her!

Update: I saw her again today and she is an absolute joy! She always makes me feel that she genuinely cares that I am not in pain! She is helpful and caring and I plan to stay under her care for many years!!!!!

I just walked in after researching for a Podiatrist and Happy Feet came up. I was amazed that I got an appointment in 2hrs. The place is very clean and the reception staff very friendly and efficient.I was attended by Doctor Wendy Hoxha she was very friendly and helpful quickly diagnosed my problem as I had a ganglion cyst on my mid foot she did a small procedure and removed little fluid.Also helped me to get a letter for a doctor to give me referral for a scan.She made sure I was comfortable and not painful.However this clinic is not covered under the OHIP it was expensive but my problem was attended to immediately.This clinic helps with most of the symptoms of the foot. I highly recommend people facing foot related problems to visit this clinic.

I am a regular customer with Healthy Feet KW. It was my first visit meeting Jack yesterday.
It was a great experience.....as a senior, he made me feel comfortable. He is friendly, as with all the staff at Healthy Feet KW, right from the front desk receptionist on right through the clinic.....I highly recommend Healthy Feet for any foot care you may require.

Jack St. Louis is exceptional! SWIFT has worked wonders on my warts. I’ve been to several other doctors and Jack is the only one to get my warts to go away. He’s extremely knowledgeable and is using the most cutting edge technology. He’s fantastic to work with and I can’t recommend him enough!

I've had an injury in my foot/ankle for almost 2 weeks. Jack quickly came up with a plan to recovery and explained what was going on. He also followed up with a descriptive email for suggestions we had talked about. Thanks Jack!
