Big Bite Pizza + Wings

Delicious foods! The cheese pizza was a little doughy compared to the pepperoni and meat lovers BUT a delicious cheese pizza nonetheless. The garlic bread was lovely, next time I'll order with cheese! This place is my new favourite! :)

I was sad to hear when the management was being passed on after building a rapport with all the staff.

That said, since taking over, the new staff have done very well at ensuring the food is made correctly and on-time. Any hiccups that may have existed when the changeover happened have all been ironed out as far as efficiency goes. I did receive a pizza with regular tomato sauce when it was subbed for garlic, but haven’t had any issues other than that.

As for the food, the quality of the pizzas hasn't dropped from where it's always been, which is good because this is my favourite pizza spot, not just because it's local and nearby. It would be nice to see a return to some of the options like chili flakes, oregano, etc. but that's not really a dealbreaker for me.

My only point of contention has been the change to some of the options for the wing sauces. I've been made aware it's the same supplier, but maybe the supplier's recipes has changed. The hot wing sauce tastes like half marinara, half bbq sauce and has no heat. Which is a shame, especially since they used to have a suicide sauce that was genuinely super spicy (and no other pizza/wing place in town came close to it), but I know I was one of only a handful of people who would ever order it, so I can't fault them for not carrying it anymore.

Overall, it's still my favourite spot, and I'm sure to make far too many repeat visits.

This pizza is a must-have and makes other pizza doughs taste like cardboard! Can never go back to twice the deal. Their double pepperoni is awesome!

Wow - Excellent pizza. We ordered half Hawaiian and 1/2 Diavolo (take out). It was stupendous!! Tasty, yummy. Perfect. This is the second review I've ever done ever - just had to give these guys a huge thumbs up!! Thank you Big Bite!!!

The first time I ordered from this place it was a walk in order and I told my man Glenn I'd be waiting at the bar next door and be back in 10 minutes to pickup my double pepperoni, (best in town btw). 8 mins later Glenn shows up at the bar with my pizza. Everyone in the bar wanted a slice! Fist flights broke out and people died! .... Okay, why let the truth get in the way of a great story. Point is this pizza is worth fighting over. First time here….tried their Chicken Pesto with their own home made crust and pesto sauce. Delicious…will definitely be back. Very prompt friendly service. All good.
I ordered a meat lovers pizza today and asked them to-make half more spicy for me. They got it just right….even my wife tried a bite of the spicy side!!!! Once again the fresh ingredients and attention to customers wishes made this the Best pizza I can remember having eaten!!!

I finally got to try out Big Bite Pizza (Waterloo location) for my first time today and was not disappointed at all. The thin crust Real Canadian pizza was very delicious and the baked wings were an excellent side option! The staff were super friendly and very welcoming to me as a new customer. My family and I will definitely be ordering here again and look forward to trying some other menu items on our next order!

Since I was introduced to Big Bite, I’ve been a regular. They have the best cheese pizza in KW. I work in the area so I can stop in for lunch/at the end of the day and grab slices. The service is awesome and they also have great garlic dipping sauce!

I used to come here a lot, Pizza is fresh and delicious, especially love their stuffed crust and pizza sub. Owner is friendly and it's turned out great every time.

My go-to pizza place! All the comfort of a classic pizza without the heavy greasiness. They have great deals all the time and definitely don't skimp on the toppings. Get the stuffed crust!

Fantastic staff, pizza and overall experience. Have been going here for over a year now and they have the best pricing, the pizza tastes great every time and I love their garlic dipping sauce. The people who run this place are the nicest and most welcoming, I truly appreciate their phenomenal business and product.

The pizza is just incredible. New management takes care of all concerns as the replies to all reviews show. Make sure to try this store you won't regret it. Tried the in-house pesto sauce, and you could just taste the freshness. Continue to support local businesses!!

Excellent. Just plain old good pizza how it's supposed to be from a little independent place. We usually order two large or XL with three toppings. I could pay about $2 less total at another place, but the quality here is excellent. The crust especially is a nice finish. Cheaper places the crust goes flat and tastes like cardboard. This place it stays up and is great. Highly recommend.
