This is the best store to play at in the region with great staff, lots of space and great price. Awesome selection of sealed and singles for magic and they have so many other products too! Highly recommend

Stopped in on a whim and just blown away by their selection. Super friendly staff too. If I didn't live so far away I'd totally play a game or two of commander here!

This store is my favourite gaming store in southwestern Ontario. I’ve been to most. The staff and owner are so friendly and kind and you can tell they are very passionate about what they do.

They are knowledgeable and helpful, and the customers that game there are very welcoming. One gamer spent the night teaching my 14 year old how to play warhammer 40K and he still talks about that day.

Their prices are also some of the best, the place is clean, and they have a ton in stock.

Ordering online is also crazy fast and you do trigger free shipping at $150.

I can confidently recommend Chimera Gaming for your gaming needs.

I've swung by a few times to get some Warhammer models and paints. They have a lot of tables set up and there's always a friendly atmosphere in the store. They have plenty of stock and great prices.

I recently suggested a friend bring his daughter there to get started with Warhammer. They were helped by James, who provided a lot of thoughtful and comprehensive suggestions for getting started with assembling and painting minis. Great store, I always try to swing by when I'm in town. One of these days I'll have to get out there for some Kill Team.

In here at LEAST once a week sometimes twice. Staff is amazing here, customers are amazing and welcoming. Employees will always help you the best they can to get things you need. Highly recommend!!

Lovely Pokémon sealed and single selection, Mitch is outstanding and provides great knowledge for the tcg game, great place to enjoy the hobby.

Love this place! The people are always great and helpful when I visit. It is a friendly environment with a lot of variety of nerdy things. I love to spend my time visiting/playing mtg at gamestores and this store is definitely one of my favourites!

My son go every week...good indoor fun for card game

I’m a little delayed in posting this but wanted to mention that I went into Chimera for the first time a couple of weeks ago and was immediately blown away by the service. The owner took time to chat with me about Magic and I didn’t feel talked down to one bit, which can sometime occur in gaming stores. I have been back several time since to purchase Magic singles and to learn how to play Shadowverse Evolve. I was taught the game by one of the employees (Shay) after her shift finished and I was super impressed with her teaching skills as well as the fact that she’d hang around and teach me. All the other staff I’ve encountered have been equally as great and I really enjoy shopping there. I’ll definitely continue to support them. This store occasionally gets some bad press related to their very conservative grading but I think it’s a good thing because it means I can be confident the cards I’m getting are in the condition they say, or maybe better.

Loved the space! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and gave me some fantastic tips! The actual store was a bit hard to find, to be honest, but I was eventually able to find it inside the banquet hall. Overall it was a lovely experience!

Edit: This was before they moved, so it is a lot easier to find the store now at their new location!

Great place to play Warhammer, people are really nice and help me a lot to understand the game.

Everyone at this store is super nice and helpful. I was interested in Warhammer but knew nothing about it. They patiently explained the basics and helped me get into the hobby. They also have a good selection and a large area where you can play Warhammer or other games. Great store to have in the neighborhood.

Love this store play commander here every Sunday!

Edit: After speaking with the ownership, I have amended my rating as dealing with the ownership leads me to believe he truly cares about his business, and things will change. However, the original review below will stand.

Don't bother coming here if you expect any type of service, unless the service you want is self-service.

I came here with friends and expected much more from such a nice-looking store, the problem came from the staff however. While shopping for higher end MTG singles, a staff member who was seemingly disinterested in helping us attended to the counter as we were the only people in the store. We were told no less than three times to look up prices and the cards on their website when we asked about the singles in the showcase. It wasn't even till the 4th or 5th time that she even offered the stores guest wifi to us.

On top of that, their website isn't even correct. Half the lands and artifacts on their website aren't even there.

Their was another staff member working on a computer who wasn't doing anything, and when my friend asked for the price of a card, he was looked at like he was crazy.

TL:DR;

Don't bother coming here. Just order from a big online retailer and get it shipped to your house instead the service will be the same.

Ordered a One Piece Awakening of a New Era Booster Box online. Drove 1.5 Hours to pick it up. I can’t quite remember the name of the gentleman who was helping me, but he was very helpful when I had questions about additional products I wanted to purchase and also shared a story about someone pulling an Anniversary Edition, Eiichiro Oda signed Luffy card and showed me a picture. Customer Service was excellent.

Also wanted to share that I ended up pulling the same Anniversary Edition Signed Luffy Card. This store has to be lucky lol
