Such a great restaurant! Came with my family for Mother’s Day. Our server was great and the girl they were training too!
The bartender came over to offer us a round of drinks because, to them, our food was taking a while but honestly it was such a great time to talk and catch up with my family. Overall experience was amazing and super friendly and welcoming! I can’t wait to come back and really wanting to try their brunch on weekends!

We got the house fries to start, soooo good! Then my dad got the pork belly, another amazing starter.

My main was the Seafood Risotto, so filling! Everything was so yummy.

My wife and I just celebrated our anniversary at Chameleon in Maple Ridge and were blown away by the food and service. From the amazing flight of margaritas and crispy pork belly, to the beautiful duck and salmon entrées and silky smooth Creme Brule. The food was matched by the super friendly and professional service. The next time we want a fine dining experience, we'll save ourselves the drive into Vancouver and go back to Maple Ridge.

This restaurant has very nice interior, friendly employees welcome us and recommend to us some good stuff from menu, burgers were delicious… they also have good vine and cocktails menu.
If you’re in Maple Ridge you should definitely stop and check this place👍🏼

What a gem of a restaurant. I was sat on the lovely outdoor patio by my server, Kegan, who I am certain has fine dining experience and if he doesn’t then this place has outstanding training because he has that air of grace and courteousness I’ve only seen in fine dining. For the cocktail, I ordered a hibiscus spritzer (made by Kegan) and as soon as I tasted it I knew I was in for a treat regarding the rest of the food because this is a place that takes great care in getting things right. For appie I had the house fries which were cooked with the perfect amount of crisp and served with delicious aioli at well as fresh Parmesan. Also for appie fluffy fresh bread was served with cranberries in whipped butter…this was a stroke of genius, how often does one eat butter and think “wow this is remarkably delicious butter”. For the main course, I had the seafood risotto. It was perfection. Took the little bit I couldn’t finish home with me because I want every bite! I can’t wait to come back.

5 star luxurious dining in Maple Ridge? Chameleon is the place. As you step into this high-end setting hiding in plain sight, you are greeted by very helpful and caring staff. The menu has some wonderful seasonal creations that the chefs put much care into creating for you. Presentation is always top-notch, and the food is always cooked perfectly. This is in our top 3 favorite fine dining restaurants. Highly recommend for special occasions!

My fiancée and I like to try new restaurants for date nights and tonight we were absolutely amazed with all aspects of Chameleon. The service was fantastic the moment we walked through the door. The atmosphere was cozy, calm, and comfortable. With modern style and a much quieter environment that allows you to relax and enjoy the company of others without yelling over the music or people around you. But wait… there’s more! We began our dinner with a charcuterie and cheese board that was very well put together with fresh ingredients. Our mains were the rib eye steaks, I added a potato side called potato pave. I have experienced quite a few fine dining restaurants as of recent and this little gem is one to make the top of the list. The food was exceptional. If I had more room in my belly I would try the entire menu. We will be back for more and hope this review helps you decide that a wonderful evening is waiting for you at this beautiful little restaurant.

Update: Hands down the best brunch I have ever had.. The Prime Rib Benny is unbelievable!! Garlic potatoes were delicious! Both fantastic flavors, a must try! Drinks were spot on (Ceaser & Guava Mimosa). Excellent service/great experience!

Old Post: Bring layers. Was here for happy hour, appies were delicious and drinks were good. We wanted mains, but the restaurant was freezing.. Maybe we'll be back to try them later

Couldn’t recommend more! For starters, our server, Keegan, was phenomenal. He went above & beyond in every single way possible. He brought us the bread & oil while we waited which was great. We ordered the mushroom truffle soup (so great), the salmon gnocchi, & a side of veggies. Everything was so freaking delicious it was shocking but Keegan made it all even better. We live in Seattle but travel through the area quite often & when we do, we will 100% make a point to come back! Even at the end, Keegan remembered we were celebrating a milestone in my career & brought us some sparkling cider to cheers with! Incredible! Genuinely a 12/10 experience & we were smiling the entire time & for the whole night after leaving :) the food is so great, we didn’t feel overstuffed or sleepy or anything except fantastic!!! Truly amazing!!!!

I feel like I have stepped into a downtown 5 star restaurant every time we go to Chameleon! The quality of food is always consistent and delicious, along with the service from the staff. Truly, we have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. I highly recommend & especially if you enjoy nice cocktails! Their drinks are BY FAR the best in Maple Ridge. 5 Stars all around.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with my family, and it was an excellent experience. The place is very clean, and the food is perfect. The decor is awesome, adding to the great ambiance. Our server, Kegen, was very nice, and all the food arrived quickly. We really enjoyed our meal. I strongly recommend trying this perfect restaurant!

We were seated quickly on a Saturday night without a reservation. The service was great, our table was tucked in the back of the restaurant, but the staff were still very attentive. The server asked right away if there were any allergies or sensitivities. My husband let them know that he was lactose intolerant and to not worry about it, but they made the effort anyway and we were informed that they had made the amuse bouche dairy free which was a really nice touch.

The food was delicious, and the plating was very thoughtful. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

I posted a few years ago but had to update now that we went back. It was our anniversary, and we decided to book the chef's tasting menu and wine flight pairing. We are so glad we did - what an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely outstanding. Fresh, local and absolutely delicious. I am still dreaming of the duck confit.
The service was also second to none. Friendly staff, knowledgeable about the menu and wines, and generally just a really nice atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and have such a good memory to share. Thank you to the wonderful staff and owners.

Overall a good experience. Drinks were amazing, appetizers were phenomenal and dessert was spectacular. Our server was pleasant and friendly and the atmosphere was nice. The only reason for 4 and not 5 was that our main dishes fell a bit short....risotto was very paste-like and gluey and the seafood Bouillabaisse needed some flavour. The service - while very good - was a bit slow.
overall a good experience, we will be back to try the steaks they offer.

First time visiting this restaurant and what a gem! Love the outdoor patio. Started off with a really tasty Sangria! Highly recommend. Best hamburger I have ever had. I think it’s the special sauce they put on it. Finished off with a crème brûlée for dessert. Waiter was so friendly. Will definitely be back!

Food is amazing and service is superb!!! Worth the drive

I haven't been to Chameleon for a couple of years, felt the quality had gone down. Decided to go for dinner to try it out again (as I've been hearing great things), and wow everyone is right. They have really stepped up the menu, it was absolutely delicious, great cocktails and the BEST ESPRESSO MARTINI. We shared truffle fries, tuna crudo, beat & goat cheese salad, and saffron seafood risotto. Walked away very impressed. The cherry on top was the excellent service from Keagan, Bar Manager. He did talk a big game about his espresso martini, I was skeptical, well he blew it out of the water!! Can't wait to go back :)

The only negative is I wish they didn't change their bar, feels a little too open, not as intimate as it once was, but that's a small thing.

Nothing is better than enjoying my own company after long hours of working! 🥂

Surprisingly found this place in this town! So good! I can honestly say it’s way better than Black+Blue and Hy’s!

The quality of food and presentation was fantastic, the service was pleasant!

Delicious meals, interesting menu. We had a hard time making a choice. Limited wine choices BUT the ones they offer are top shelf. We had the duck and scallops. Both delicious. Spoons in the pics is an amuse bouche on the house. Definitely prepped the palette for a delicious meal. We'll be back!

We came here for my wife's birthday some time ago and went for the chef's tasting menu with wine pairings. The food was amazing and service exceptional. Looking forward to coming back.

Absolutely recommended. Tried this place out of luck for Valentine's day and we were amazed. The combination of flavours on all the dishes and drink we tried was phenomenal. The bartender was so good at recommending drinks that went very well with the mains we ordered and the service was spot on!

We have an AMAZING time and meal here tonight!! It was like fine dining in the city of Vancouver but in MR!! So refreshing! Their food was so so so amazing and to perfection!! We did the three course $49 weeknight menu and it was RAVE worthy ...I don't often take pictures of my food but I did!!
