Meticulous work, very friendly and helpful. Stephen accommodated our schedule, and texted to confirm arrival time as well as alerting us when he arrived. The piano in question was in a building with immunocompromised people, and he went above and beyond ensuring he followed/exceeded our health & safety protocols and respected everyone's needs.

Stephen is a excellent piano tuner/technician and I am glad I found his website; he came to fix my brand new piano tuning issues on a few notes and twangy metallic notes within 24 hours. He was prompt, came on time, courteous, very professional, and is very upfront and honest on what needs to be done once he assessed the state of the piano. He definitely has lots of experience and it shows in his work, dedication in his craft and careful attention to detail. highly recommended; probably one of the best in the industry. Stephen provided a fantastic service and I highly recommend him for your piano service. He was on time, organised and friendly. I have an older piano that hadn't been tuned in several years. had a couple sticky keys and all the keys were a bit sloppy. Stephen went the extra mile to fix all of that and the piano now sounds and feels better than I thought could.
