I am very pleased with Jack’s tuning work. He is also punctual and reliable.

Jack Houwelling was every bit the professional. My first impression of him on the phone was "he is very kind", he spoke with care and understanding (as I am new to the piano world).
He was straight up with his quote, he did not try to deceive me in anyway. When he came to the house, he was kind, honest and extremely helpful. He looked at my piano (that has not been tuned in many years), and got straight to work. It took him an hour to tune / fix my piano and then he played it so beautifully, I was delighted!!

Jack and (daughter) Michelle are the absolute best. Fast, great tuning work. If there's anything untoward regarding your piano's key mechanisms, they'll probably fix them without even mentioning it. Crazy good service. No point going anywhere else.

My piano hasn't been tuned for about a year and it was quite out of tune before Jack worked on it. He took the time to explain why pianos do go out of tune over time and had tuned my piano in about an hour or so. Very professional and personable to deal with, highly recommended.

Every year, Jack is the person I called for tuning my piano. He is very genuine and is very professional at what he does.
