Wonderful service! My dog (Golden Retreiver) recently went to Animo Etc for the first time. She has very sensitive skin and has had no reaction. The employees are so kind and helpful. Her fur looks better than it has ever looked, definitely going back.

THE BEST!! the owner and staff is so nice and helpful. The only place I trust to groom my samoyed - she always comes back perfectly and meticulously groomed and smelling wonderful. They are gentle and expert and genuinely love animals and your pets can feel that and trust them to clip nails etc.
Always helpful to book you an appointment even though they have a lot of demand.
So happy to have found this gem and support them instead of safari etc.

My wife and I brought our puppy LUCKY to this place and it was the best decision ever. Hailey is incredible with her service and knowledge and kindness.we are very thankful. We got Lucky bathed and taken care of by Noémie and she was wonderful. We will definitely be returning here for all our pets needs. I recommend this place to everyone

Super conveniently located, the staff and owner are all amazing. We've gotten the nail trim a couple times, the ladies do a fantastic job. My dog is normally very nervous and not co-operative, here he does great and it's all thanks to the staff and owner.

The best pet store! The owner is extremely friendly and caring towards animals; you can tell that he has a deep passion for what he does, and will do anything he can for the customer.

This is also the only place I've been where my dogs don't come home after being groomed with shaver burn marks, which means that the grooming staff cares just as much as the owner does.

When you walk in this store, you're immediately greeted by the owner and quality items properly set on displays. There's ample room to move around and prices are fair. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. Thumbs up!
