I visited this business not knowing if it served trade only, or accepted customers from the public. I was delighted to find that they welcome all types of customer.

I arrive knowing that I wanted some timber, but I was not 100% sure what exactly I wanted. The young lady on the counter had the patience of a saint, and before I knew it I had ordered and paid for exactly what I needed.

I went to a collection point and the staff could not have been more friendly of helpful and willing to help. They offered to cut my purchase to length without hesitation and refused to accept a gratuity, not matter how I tried. At this point I decided to increase my order and returned to the sales counter. The same young lady helped me again and was the consummate professional. As we chatted and she reworked my order, I also chatted with another delightful member of the staff who turned out to be the granddaughter, it was great to learn that I was dealing with a family based business.

When my order was ready another member of staff brought it to my vehicle and cut the timber to length for me, and again my offer of a gratuity was turned down.

The business has an impressive range of products beyond just timber, including tools. The quality of the products for sale was very high and the prices were extremely competitive too, this business was a great find for me and it will definitely be my go to place from now on.

To summarize, a great range of quality products at very competitive prices sold and delivered by a great team of friendly, efficient, helpful, and patient staff. I don't think that you will find a better comination than I found at Griff Builing Supplies.

A huge shout out to Sean! I've worked 40 years on construction projects and spent millions. Sean took care of everything. He even went on his lunch to the other store to get items I needed that day. Wow, that's customer service!

My son is building a 10x20 ft covered deck at property at Mt Baker. Buy lumber at Griff saved him 800$ than is he bought it in Linden. Wa. Great friendly people to.
