Memorial Peace Park Spirit Square

My wife was setting up and taking down a vendor location so we spent most of Canada day at the park. It was nice to see so many people out and with it being outdoors it felt relatively covid safe. The big flag was set up by the fire department on their ladder. Lots of decent music entertainment etc.

Glow at Memorial Peace Park was beautiful this year! Since we've moved to Maple Ridge in 2019, this has been our new family tradition to come up to the park to take in the gorgeous lights near the holidays! Thank you to the Municipal of Maple Ridge and all for making this possible. You make this a special place to come with family and loved ones to enjoy the lights and music!

Small clean park dedicated to Veterans. Well kept special place for those to go to, to remember and to pray 🙏 There is always a celebration on Remembrance Day, that is very heart warming. ❤

The nicest park I've hung out in Maple ridge. My family and me frequently visit this park. Especially like what they do during the holidays with the light display and the sound tree.

I went here performed before, and this park is absolutely beautiful and I love the stage.

I love our little, lively park in Maple Ridge. It gets lots of use throughout the year. Some of my favorites are the farmers market, Christmas in the park and Remembrance Day. It's a great place to meet your neighbors, friends and family.

Memorial Peace Park is a nice little park in the middle of Maple Ridge. While it's not large, the city usually puts on events here like the farmer's market or concerts.

I'd totally recommend going to Memorial Peace Park.

A small park in the very middle of downtown Maple Ridge. A respite from the cement of a downtown core more than a regular full-size park. Often used for community events.

What a great place for local entertainment. I grew up in maple ridge and we didn't have anything like this at all. The 224th st has speakers for music. Great job Haney for the great progression.

Went for the market,and bought some corn potatoes,tomatoes and peaches. Great fresh food. Lots of people in the park and on 224th. Nice to see the farmers/merchants are getting through Covid.

Small, but very important part for Maple Ridge culture and heritage. So many cultural events performed here! It is right next to municipal hall, Arts and Performance Center and Recreational Center.

Cute area. Went during an event, large enough to host a good sized farmers market. Lovely stage area as well. Near the mall and art gallery.

I grew up in Maple Ridge. So this was always were we went and played as kids when we were waiting for our parents to pick us up from the Leisure Centre. Just came back after 12 years and still looks the same it did the day they built it. Did you also know they shoot a TON of movies here? Bet you didn't.
