Great customer service. And better small talk. This guy deserves a raise. The entire place was so clean. Plus also every ingredient available. Most places late at night don’t offer every ingredient. 👍👍👍👍. Prab’s served me. Thanks again.

I went to subway 228 few days ago. I get a sandwich from there. My sandwich was prepared by jass. She made it in a very clean way. Her customer service is really to good. Well done jass 👍

So, I had a great experience with this Subway’s staff. I have never ordered by myself at any Subway. It was the first time I had done. The whole staff was very helpful to guide and to make perfect sandwiches for me and my friends. The store was also very clean, well-maintained and service was also fast. It was really amazing experience at this location. I will definitely come back whenever I get a chance.

Just got back, I came in at 12am and the lady working was an absolute gem. She was so wonderful and had great service even though she was probably tired. I’ll be coming back just because of her. :) hope she gets the appreciation she deserves

Great customer service, clean restaurant, the girls have patients and very hard workers. The tall girl with strait hairs is very nice and have good experience on her job. Will definitely come back.

I'm so grateful to the owner and staff of this Subway location. (22838 Lougheed Highway, Maple Ridge) I had ordered 2 trays of 3" subs and as I was putting them in the car, I dropped both trays all over the ground. (duh!) I went back into the restaurant to get something to clean it up and they sent a staff member out to clean up. I then drove away wondering how I was going to feed the dozen or so people who were waiting for me. As it was my fault the sandwiches were on the ground, I had no expectation that the store would do anything. Within 5 minutes of driving away, I received a call from the owner. She asked if I could wait 10 minutes, she could have two more trays ready for me. I said thank you and headed back. When I arrived they had two fresh trays, provided free of charge. (I had paid $96 for the first two trays.) I am so thankful to Sandeep Gill and her staff for the kindness and generosity. And the sandwiches were fresh and great!

As a regular customer, this is my go-to subway store. The inside is always clean, vegetables are fresh. Sandeep is always so nice and friendly, and provide excellent customer service!!

My son and I go to this location often. The staff are very friendly and courteous. My son is a bit shy and can be hard to hear at times (especially if there is a glass display in front of him that makes seeing and hearing him that much more difficult) but he likes to place his own order which for some might be frustrating especially if there is a line up of people and you can't hear what he is saying no matter how many times he repeats it. The ladies that work here are very patient. They never rush him and I appreciate the effort they put in every time we go there.

Extremely friendly staff, they care about their customers satisfaction, and are very personable, and always make sure to have a fresh pot of coffee on. Not only is staff fantastic, I have yet to see the restaurant unclean, the tables are always tidy! Bathroom is clean as well. I prefer this Subway over others around the lower mainland.

I've come to this location just about every week at least twice a week for about 3 years now. I come here for my lunch breaks, the staff are always polite, and friendly enough to ask me how I am, and they are fast, even during the lunch rush.The washrooms are always kept clean, and the toppings are fresh. Overall from my experience, it's one of most well managed subways I eat at.

I order off the app and my salad or sandwich is always ready for me to pick up when I arrive. I'm always greeted with a smile and my food is always exactly as I'd ordered. Everything is fresh with good sized, consistent portions. It's now my go to location.

This subway has great staff and they are always fast and efficient! I go here daily and everyone is always so friendly with a smile on their face! It is always spotless in there and I will definitely keep coming back! :)

This place is absolutely amazing! It’s clean, the food is fast, and it’s delicious. I can’t say anything bad about this place. The best worker in this place is Sandeep by far! What a great manager. I would recommend to anyone that they come here. Thank you for the great service!
