K2 Fasteners

Thorough and amazing people! I needed a couple screws and bolts last minute for a project I'm working on and Googled a couple places that would have them. I was close by so I gave K2 Fasteners a try. The gentleman working in the warehouse was really knowledgeable about what kind of parts I needed and even suggested what to look for for my other upcoming projects! He was super patient as I was asking so many questions (thank you!). Definitely will be coming back to purchase from them.

First time being here and the staff were amazing! Warehouse staff were friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the wide variety of their products. Go and buy from them today!

Pretty sure Ben Affleck helped me out... seriously though helpful, thorough and friendly in the front of house and warehouse. These guys are rock stars (or movie stars)!

Excellent support and Suplies

Good p[rices and knowledgable staff. only reason for not getting 5 starts is a very high restocking fee.

I am sure this review will be removed. But what the heck I will give it a shot. I give them 2 stars as they had what I wanted. And the location was close. That’s all that was good though. I made a call first to make sure not to waste anyone’s time. I was told they had what I need. I got there and was told they did not. I said well let’s see what you have. First size was a bust so I asked for a bigger size. This is where the service started to tank. Apparently two trips to the back is 2 to much. He did not bother I had to ask again. He said come on it’s Friday! And went reluctantly. Turns out the second trip would work. He asked how many I needed. This was a difficult ask much like finding what I needed as I needed to know the price first. I had a budget to stay within. I told him give me as much as you can just keep it at 50 bucks. He gave me a total of 58 bucks after tax. I said it has to be under 50. This is where the CSR broke rule #1 he told me I was the worst customer ever. Really? My Wife is a CSR I know a bad customer and I ain’t one buddy. I think this guy is in the wrong field. I work in film. I make buying decisions for a dependent that can drop 10’s of thousands on fasteners. And some times pennies. Guess I came in on the wrong purchase that day. I am sure service reflects the size of the purchase order. Next time safe your customer the trouble and tell them on the phone not to bother coming in if you don’t want to do the work.

Drove out there to find the door locked. Knocked on the door to find the employees clearly ignoring me. IF YOU ARE THAT SCARED THEN STAY AT HOME. DO US ALL A FAVOR AND SHUT ER DOWN AND NEVER LEAVE THE HOUSE. left giving them a thumbs down and then they finally looked. Don't waste your time here. From reading the other reviews I'm not wrong. There are plenty of other places to get bolts this place Is a joke.

They could at least tell the public that they aren't open for them, wasted my time traveling there only to find a locked door
