I've been shopping at this particular Canadian Tire Store since it first open many years ago. The most significant common denominator, during these decades of customer service, is a TRIBUTE of EXCELLENCE to a very VERY DEVOTED, EMPATHETIC & PROACTIVE STAFF. They have a SUPER RAZOR SHARP FOCUS on EFFICIENCY & productivity. The management staff are doing an EXCELLENT JOB in promoting a culture of team work and client satisfaction.

An employee like THOMAS (first name) at CUSTOMER SERVICE (Supervisor), is truly an example of an AMBASSADOR for Canadian Tire Store. He would unquestionably be very well qualified (personality, enthusiasm ...) for official marketing for the Canadian Tire Store of Canada.

I truly enjoy the experience of doing buisness with these professionals.

While travelling to NL, our rear brakes failed near Moncton and the wait to repair would have been days. Johanne and Paul were able to squeeze us in to get the job completed within hrs. We were able to catch our ferry ride to NL that night and not miss our reservations. Thank you CT and especially Johanne and Paul - service was absolutely perfect!!!

One of my favorite places to shop seasonally. Especially during Christmas time.

Very friendly staff. Easy parking and situated in the center of the city. I normally check the website first and find out which aisle the item is available. Then it's very easy and efficient to shop.

I love the deals from time to time. If you can shop earlier and when the deals available it always wins.

Those offers you can find online or leaflets.

Another service offer here is the garage. Never used it yet but can see as busy place all the time

In summary, we are extremely satisfied with the car service we received in Dieppe, New Brunswick.
Ultra-professional service. They accommodated us as we were passing through Moncton by fixing issues on our vehicle that turned out to be a manufacturing defect on the part of Ford.
A huge thank you to the hard-working team and a special thank you to Johanne, the manager, who went out of her way to make sure we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation!

It's Canadian Tire. Everyone knows what this place is. I had good service in the bike department and got my order in for my son's Spider Man bike. Hopefully we get it in good quality!

Hats off and big THANK YOU to the auto repair department! We were driving from Ontario to Nova Scotia with our littles this week when we blew an axle on our utility trailer just outside of Moncton. After calling 5 or 6 places with no luck, we called CT and they told us to come right in. Luckily it was only a 10 minute drive to limp the trailer there. They had a look and ordered the necessary parts right away even though it was later in the afternoon. We stayed in a hotel that night, and they all banded together to get the repair done as quickly as possible before their other tasks that day, and had us on the road again by noon!! This stressed mother of 2 was extremely relieved and is monumentally grateful. Your team is amazing. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! ❤❤❤

I love being able to see exactly where items are located within the store, from the website. My favourite location within the city, staff are much nicer and more helpful here compared to the store 10 minutes away.

Ok, where do I even start!
I honestly don't have enough kind great things to say about this location! If all locations can look to this auto centre Canadian Tire would have a MUCH better reputation!

I've been road tripping from Vancouver and noticed my van was a bit wobbly.
I sadly took my van into a Canadian tire in Uxbridge ON where I was told vague information and that it would take a week to get parts and the price was ahhh!!(but that's a different review) 😅

I called the Dieppe service centre in the morning to see if I could just get the oil changed and if it was possible to look over my account to see the other repairs that had been requested. (A front axel)
Paul from the service centre took my call and was such a nice and friendly voice to talk to. He looked over my notes and quickly got to work calling up and ordering parts for my van so that they could get there in time for a 3pm appointment THAT VERY DAY!
Now my van is an '06 and I did not expect for that fast of a response. He called me back to dbl check he was getting the correct parts also.

My goodness, we already felt safer and taken care of and we were still on our way there.

Once getting to the service centre we had Sergio at the desk who was such a gem help us and confirm that, yes indeed, ALL the work could be done and we could be back in 2hours.
.....2HOURS!!! I mean I was expecting to have to find accommodations and figure out the plan for the week from my previous experiences. But wow!
And they weren't kidding!
We got back by 5 and the superhero mechanic Luc had just worked wizardry on our van NO MORE SHAKES!!! I mean I honestly could have hugged each and every one of them.
And big thanks to Johanne who was such a validating voice and friendly individual.

Y'all don't get paid enough! I truly  recommend this service centre to anyone in the area.

Brought my car in with a flat tire, the lady at the service counter thankfully was able to fit me in. All in all I was there for about an hour and a half. My tire was repaired, the service staff were friendly and engaging and the mechanic even had the courtesy to fill up my empty windshield washer fluid at no extra charge. All this at a very reasonable price. Thank you, I'll be back!

Busy as usual, but I got through cash in only a few minutes!

No complaint's, they had in stock what i needed, when i needed it , the dieppe location on paul st. is the destination of choice, product in stock, friendly attitude, and decent customer service !!

I wanted to update a review I had posted a couple of weeks ago regarding the Canadian Tire Auto Centre in Dieppe.

We were contacted directly by the Manager regarding our comment about being charged extra for wheel balancing on brand new tires we purchased. There was a defect in the valve and we were frustrated that they charged us to have to fix/rebalance the tires.

The manager and her staff went out of their way to help us out and refund the money as well as apologizing for any inconvenience. We were very impressed they took the time to make sure things got resolved quickly and were overall very impressed by their actions.

Went in to purchase a particular off season Christmas Gift and with the help of their look up kiosks was able to locate them easily and as a bonus they were on sale
