Loved McDonalds. Perfect service. Gave the order perfectly, I've went here lots of times and they serve you perfectly.

Great food great service when we were in

Not a consumer of McDonald's fast food. Not for me. Just a health choice. Love their coffee though and the really fast service. Not sure if they're trying to get rid of me or not (lol). More often then not my coffee is waiting for me at the drive-thru window. Keep up the speedy service.

Big play place for kids. Need more staff to keep the place clean.

I like this location due to the reason it's got a more quiet atmosphere at lunchtime. I was looking for a location that wasn't near a school because I was focused on my remote learning. This location was pretty chill and also I ordered an egg McMuffin which was also decent compared to other Moncton locations I've been at.
Hope this helps out anyone that's looking for a low key place to use your laptop and stay on task without a lot of action.

I was drinking coffee inside wit my friend and the atmosphere was great to talk. The coffee was ok to. And the personal was smiling on every person showing kindness. I was impressed

The new renovations and lay out of the store is fantastic! All the employees are amazing and the food is always fresh. I definitely suggest this McDonald's over any other. They're even gonna be installing a new play place soon!

This was the fasted and friendliest service I have ever receieved...3 nights in a row! They definitely prepped for the expected increase of crowds after yqm country fest.

Food was good service was quick place could have had the floors cleaned a bit better but it was pretty busy

Went to find a job there, Manager is really polite and nice. Gave us a lot of suggestions to how to find a work.

I can't believe how rude many of the customers were this morning. Very patient staff. I would of lost it.

My Big Mac was made with love. One of the first time I get a hamburger (Big Mac) that I didn’t have to arrange myself. The meat was centred on my bun, all the lettuce was on the burger. I was so thrilled to see how much care was put into the creation of my burger. Thank you!!!

Always amazing service no matter what. Especially from management. I’ve never had to wait long at anytime and when I do it’s because of an event going on in town but always still pretty fast. Best McDonald’s in New Brunswick ❤

Really Stepping Their Game Up. I've Seen Alot Of Change In The Last Year With How They Present Their Products And The Quality If Service Has Increased Greatly.

The Inside Of The Store Is Too Small For The Amount Of Traffic This Location Sees.

Kiosks Are Very Close To The Cash And Line Ups Are Intertwined Into The Kiosk Lines.

No Room For Pending Orders To Wait So People Are Squished Up Against The Wall. Doesn't Make For A Comfortable Experience.

Not Enough Dining Area Near The Play Place As Well As Not Enough Room For People To Pass In between Tables.

Cramped, Isolated, Small. The Words That Come To Mind When I Think Of The Inside Of This Location.

Maintenance Personal Very Rudely Informed A Lady That Her Children Didn't Have Socks. His Tone Was Actually Mean.
Myself And Another Parent Witnessed It And It Was Off Putting To Say The Least.

Food Is Still Great And The Presentation Has Remainder Much Better Then Before.

This is a good place for fast food, especially if you have young children. They have a larger playroom that have seating for parents or guardians. Their service is exceptional, so is the speed of production. Great teams are made by great leaders .

I'm giving this place 5 stars, because I'm comparing it to other McDonald's restaurants. Relative to other McDonald's restaurants this one is very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the washrooms are always clean and well stocked. Also the staff are very accommodating when you ask for something to be made in another way other than what is typically on the menu. This is not been my experience at some other McDonald's in this city.
