Cassandra was so helpful when I was purchasing my brand new home,. I couldn't find a notary to do my paperwork and she was willing to take me on short notice even if she was already fully booked . She was very patient dealing with my contractors lawyers as they kept changing completion dates and not responding to her messages. But she was very diligent and persevered and kept me well informed of any issues and managed to get the work done so I was able to take possession and move into my new home. She worked closely with my realtor and my mortgage broker who both highly recommended her so that everything was done correctly and I wouldn't have any issues in the future.
