They managed to get me in very quickly for a consultation as I was having a lot of pain and I am beyond impressed! Dr Hallen is kind, Clearly, very knowledgeable and explained things effectively. All of the staff were incredible. This is a definite judgment free zone. You can tell they really care about their patients. I hope I don’t need to go back and my issue resolves itself, but if I have to go back, I feel confident I’ll get taken care of with empathy and skill.

I'm a dentist myself, and I needed a root canal. I wouldn't go to anyone other than Dr. Mo. He is exceptional. Sarah the receptionist is super friendly and helpful, and Emily the assistant helps ease the tension of needing the treatment. I go there myself for treatment, and I refer my patients as well. Absolutely the best.

Let's be honest we would all probably like to avoid getting a root canal but when you need one these people are great. Dr. Hind and the staff treated me very well and patiently walked me through the process There was no pain during the procedure or any discomfort afterward.. Mine took two appointments and after each one they called me to make sure I was doing ok. Also their equipment seemed to be very advanced. As I said, if you need a root canal this is the place to go.

I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist because of a bad root canal experience 25 years ago. My procedure with Dr. Mo was smooth and painless and I professed my love to him at the end of it. A true magician when it comes to root canals

Had a root canal. Professional, knowledgeable and very prepared to cope with personal idiosyncrasies. I was impressed. However it should be noted that this office does not offer services under the Federal coverage plan. My only caveat.

Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. Had to come here for a root canal treatment, Dr. Abbey was thorough as he explained my options. They were even able to fit me in for the next day with another Doctor, Dr. Wang who did the procedure. It went smoothly and I felt no pain at all. Emily, the assistant was very kind and helpful. As was the receptionist, Sarah who was kind enough to recommend me some places for a crown as I was unsure.
This place really does care and it shows from all their staff. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Dr Mo after my old root canal (which was done elsewhere) had failed. After some quick imaging, he saw that my root had unfortunately fractured. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the different treatment options available in order for me to make an informed decision. I really appreciated the transparency and care, and knew I could trust the team. The procedure went very smoothly and the dental assistant Emily and Dr Mo made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire time. Incredible bedside manner. Sarah, the office manager, is amazing as well. She relayed any questions I had for Dr Mo and followed up after my appointment as well. Just an awesome, skillful team!

I got referred to this clinic to do a root canal they did an amazing job. As I was very nervous about the procedure, Sarah was very welcoming when I walked in. When I had my root canal Dental Assistant Emily was also very nice and professional, I had Dr. Hallen he explain everything in detail and was very caring during my root canal and explain about after care. After my root canal I was very surprised that Sarah called me to check up on me as I never experienced it for a dental procedure. The staffs here were all amazing, I highly recommend coming here.

I recently saw Dr. Hallen for a root canal. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the procedure. All the staff at Kits Endo are wonderful from the front desk, to dental assistants and they all work very well together. I would recommend this clinic and will return there again if I need a future root canal.

I was referred to Dr. Mo by my friend for a frontal tooth root canal. I am normally quite worried and anxious when it comes to dental work (I am sure many can relate!) but the overall experience was super smooth and I felt at ease throughout the whole appointment. It's been over a month now, and I am very happy that I got it done at this clinic. Highly recommend this clinic as they have talented endodontists and wonderful front desk staff who are very attentive and kind.

Mine was a delicate, almost 2 hour long, procedure into the gum to remove the packing materials from a 30+ year old root canal. Dr. Abbey used the very latest in 3D imaging technology to depict and thoroughly explain what needed to be done, and Sarah went to work, negotiating with the practice’s other patients to create a slot to quickly squeeze me in. The procedure itself was marvel in pain-free efficiency. Dr. Abbey has a very gentle, calming demeanour that is very reassuring. And Emily, who was assisting, provided a reassuring detailed “play by play” to keep me informed about how things were progressing, throughout. At the end, they both gave me detailed verbal and written instructions on after-care and follow-up. And, to top it all off, Sarah called the next day to ask how I was feeling and if there were any problems (of which there were none). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kits-Endo to anyone.

Dr. Mo is amazing. This is the second root canal he has done for me and he is an exceptional technician: fast, competent, professional, communicative. And he is really nice, too! The support staff, including Sarah at the front desk, are also awesome and make the whole experience go smoothly. You can't find a better endodontist team in the city... and they keep their prices reasonable. My heartfelt thanks to the whole team! Well done!

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was nervous about the procedure because I’d had a previous root canal procedure which had been very painful. However with kits endo the whole process was painless!

I had a broken tooth in need of root canal.
Based on very good reviews, decided to
call Kitsilano Endodontics and got a quick appointment with Dr. Zhejun Wang.
Dr. Wang explained the procedure to me, including treatment options. The root canal was a breeze, with no pain or discomfort watsoever. He also restored my tooth to original shape. After treatment Sarah, the office manager called to check how I'm doing.

Overall, a stellar service worthy of their already great reputation.

Dr. Hallen was able to fit me into his busy schedule to fix my tooth that kept me up from the throbbing pain. He was so thorough and explained the procedure to me yet he was quick and precise. Will definitely come here again as the staff was also amazing. They were friendly and smart. It made the experience of having a root canal actually pleasant!

As someone who is terrified of even a dental cleaning, Dr. Abbey and his team were very understanding of my nerves. They were calming and genuinely cared to make me as comfortable as possible. I appreciated that they treated me like a person and not just another patient and the follow up call to check in the day after my appointment solidifies that they care. Root canals are never fun, but if you have to get one, I do recommend the team and Dr. Abbey at Kits Endo.

Sarah, the office manager is really skilled at keeping a fast paced environment running smoothly. I always felt like the details of my appointments and billing were without complication.
Dr. Mo is a very skilled endodontist. He assessed me, and laid out options with his opinion on my best course of action. I had a lot of worry about pain during the procedure, and he both put me at ease and I never felt pain during the procedure, which is highly unusual for me. Amazing service! I got an appointment super last minute and the receptionist, Sarah was very helpful with booking my appointment. Dr.Hallen was the best! Given that it was my first root canal, I was quite nervous. He took the time to explain the steps to me, provided different treatment options and made the entire process very easy-going. Throughout the procedure, the assistant, (I think her name was Cassidy) was also super attentive and kept asking how I was doing. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
