Evolve Fitness Elmsdale

I started going to Evolve Elmsdale when I signed up for Evolve's 6 week for $1 challenge. I was nervous at first about whether or not I would be able to keep up, but I am glad that I followed through. The instructors, Sam and Owen, were so amazing. They were more than welcoming and created a great environment to be a part of a class. They explained all of the exercises thoroughly and provided help throughout the class. They are also very personable and made me look forward to attending classes there. I would easily recommend Evolve to anyone looking to continue their fitness journey, try something new, or even to those who are starting new like I was. You can see your progress each week and celebrate your wins!

I love this location! Easy to get to with lots of parking and a beautiful space. The bootcamps I've been to we're great and I really like all the trainers. Sam is especially welcoming and encouraging. He remembers everyone's names right away and he got me to pick up heavier weights in my first class which I realized I was totally strong enough to do. I wouldn't have pushed myself if I was on my own. I only have good things to say about Evolve!

Great small town/family feel but with the big city workout options and supports. Lots of room to move, great trainers and people who really care about your journey. More about the support and compassion than the almighty dollar. Feels like family and the workouts push you to see your true potential. The whole experience taught me so much about myself and overcoming limitations and what my mind and body are truly capable of. Evolve Elmsdale combined with even further support at the Integrated Health Center in Halifax gives you all the tools you need to be successful on your health and wellness journey. Was nervous about starting but I'm absolutely hooked! It is such a supportive community of people and the instructors are encouraging and informative. The endorphins are flowing after these classes - Give it a try you won’t be disappointed !

Evolve offers a great program, the people are very welcoming and supportive. The workouts are challenging but they will accommodate your fitness level.

I'm a step away from finishing up my 6 week Boot Camp program in Elmsdale and I'm so thankful for this first time fitness club experience in my life. Being in a professional downhill skiing in my past and doing lots of home setting fitness activities, this program was the best addition to my routine. I have received so much insight understanding how to exercises correctly for my body benefits in terms of toning up my body and muscles growing! Sam is an excellent trainer who cares about your personal needs and abilities. My routine was modified by Sam after I had my knee sprained, and I was able to participate and finished my 6week program successfully! I do recommend to everyone to give a try at Evolve Fitness club, it's the best that you can do for yourself. And the community of the same minded people is Superb!! Thanks so much)))

A great community of professionals with modern science based group fitness workouts. I felt great after every Bootcamp. They are truly designed to increase full body fitness without causing any damage or injury. There is nothing else like them around this area.

The 6 week challenge was a great chance for me to get back into the gym. The boot camp classes at Evolve Fitness were the perfect fit as workouts include variations to suit any fitness level, great music, and a knowledgeable trainer that ensures proper form is used. The staff and members made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend Evolve.

I never thought I would be a Bootcamp type of person but I absolutely love it! The classes are challenging, however can easily be modified to meet all fitness levels. The instructors are very motivating, members are friendly, everyone makes you feel welcomed . I only wish I had joined Evolve sooner.

Wonderful classes at this gym, spacious areas. Locker and shower facilities always kept very clean.

I joined Evolve Fitness Elmsdale on a 30 day trial after months of unsuccessful attempts at motivating myself to exercise consistently at home. It turns out that joining Evolve is exactly what I needed! Even though the classes are challenging, I look forward to them and I always leave feeling so accomplished. The trainers and fellow members are so friendly and supportive regardless of your fitness level. At multiple classes I have had other members cheer me on and/or offer support when I feel like I can’t keep going. It has been such a great experience so far and I feel confident that I will reach my fitness goals!

Amazing gym and group of trainers:) they really make you feel welcome, comfortable and like family! Super personable!! And the boot camps are amazing, you will definitely see results and definitely be energized and they really are there to support you through your journey. I highly recommend Evolve Fitness:)

I’ve never said “ ugh. Have to go to the gym today “ I’ve always been excited to go. Owen is absolutely wicked if you get a chance to be in one of his classes !

I will be honest, was nervous going to a gym. I didn’t want to be stared at or judged. But Evolve Elmsdale is exactly the opposite of that! The staff are amazing and so knowledgeable. They will help you adjust exercises to what you are capable to do. Everyone is at their own pace. The age gap is from young school age to their grandparents.
The classes are challenging but still fun, people will laugh with each other and joke, but provide the support to finish when needed too
