Quickly became our favourite restaurant! Huge variety of food - and so far everything we've had has been a hit! Service is top notch. The staff are all super friendly!

Planning to visit again and try more of their food. The pan-seared fish with cream sauce was great!

We went there for late lunch/ early supper while down visiting my daughter and her bf. Between the four of us tried a bit of variety from the large menu selections. Had 2 cheese steak subs, 1 fish n chips and a momma B's casserole
Everything was absolutely delicious and large portions. Daughter and bf said the cheese steak subs was best they've ever had and she's an university student.
My girlfriend had fish & chips which was huge piece of fish that was fantastic tasting and not all batter like some places. I had momma B's casserole and it was to die for..big serving lots of chicken and vegetables
We highly recommend going to this restaurant if looking for great food

Great food and atmosphere. Gets busy in the morning, even though they do table service, it is a bit slow when gets busy. Drinks are awesome, chai latte and London fog are both delicious.

Have never been here before but I definitely will be going again, the staff was extremely kind, and very quick to help. The food was amazing! So good, I ended up getting a scallop and shrimp pasta with fresh veggies and dessert and my bill was less than 25$. Definitely recommend. The food is great and it’s very affordable.

Bitars has a simple menu and everything is good. I don't know how they do it. You can literally satisfy any craving here. The dining experience is delightful and the staff match the atmosphere.

Had great fieh and chips, loved the handcut shoe string fries (could have been just a tad crispier) lots of crispy, tasty coleslaw. Hubby had chicken parm. It was good. Our first visit would definitely go back. Pizzas smelled heavenly, a steady stream at the pizza take out, so that speaks volumes! A bit away for us, but worth the drive. I was surprised how big the restaurant actually is, 3 rooms!

Family took me here before my flight back to Ottawa... Soo yummy!! Waitress was a sweetie!! And she ran out to bring me my phone I had forgotten...oh that would not have been good losing it!! I doubt any waitress would do that here!! ❤

I've visited a few times. Staff is always friendly and willing to give suggestions. As always the food is delicious. I'm slowly making my way through the menu.
My extended family was looking to do a Christmas get together I suggested Rob Bitar's. Booked a table for 20 people. We had the far dinning room to ourselves. Everyone enjoyed themselves.
Thank you so much for today. I'll be dreaming about Mamma B's casserole.

We visited again, birthday celebration this time. March 2024. The waitress remembered our party from our last visit. The Thai Chicken was superb.

Love this place. Not too expensive and a very large menu of great things. In a convenient location between Halifax and Truro. Always get the garlic fries!

The Quality of food made me feels like I’m in Switzerland .. one of the best places I’ve been too. Great people and the best food ever. And they made us feel like home ..I’m really impressed

We have been to Bitars 2 times, and were not disappointed!! My husband got the seafood platter and I ordered the Mediterranean pasta, both were so delicious.

Great eatery in Elmsdale. Food and service are great for the price. Excellent pizza as well. Always recommend and family friendly.

We had our CMA meeting today at this place and the food was great . Good atmosphere and friendly staff . The calamari was the best we had ever . All the dishes were really good . There were a lot of us there and everyone was satisfied with their service and food .

There were 5 of us. They ran out of high chairs so our 23 month old Sat in a chair. It seemed to give her too much freedom. We should have tried a booth with her in the middle. We ordered a nachos appetizer and everyone liked that. The Neptune Shrimp, Chicken parmigiana and Fried fish dinner were loved. I got the Mediterranean fish dinner with veggies and mashed potatoes. That was not a good choice. I didn't like the texture of the fish and the sides were bland. We were going to order a piece of pie but at 10-12 a slice, we opted to pick something up at the Sobey's bakery on the way home instead.
