Pearson Street - Smash Burgers N’ Melts

Definitely going to be repeat customers! (Already have been a couple of times.) We highly recommend the original Smash Burgers (we’ve had both double & triple versions), Chicken Club Melts & Original Melts. All were delicious! Staff were very friendly, courteous and accommodating to our order amendments.

Best smash burgers I've had anywhere locally. Our group tried 4 different burgers and they were all incredible. It's worth the trek from Ottawa on its own, and an absolute must if you're living in or traveling through or by Embrun.

What a hidden gem this truck is!!! If you're in the Ottawa area, this place is 100% worth the detour! You'll be welcomed by amazing people, and you'll get to taste the best smash burger in town. If you want to try something different, the Havarti Pesto Chicken Melt is OUT OF THIS WORLD: the radishes compliment this melt perfectly, and we've been craving it ever since. If you have room for some more delicious food, the Xango is a unique experience of flavours that will leave you speechless... and maybe a little sleepy ;).
We can't recommend this family business enough and can't wait to go back there!!

I had the Pearson Street Original single. This a was perfect sized sandwich at a very reasonable price.

There will definitely be a repeat visit in my future to sample other burgers on the menu.

I will add that the service was great too! The order was not only called out to us, but he left the food truck and walked it across the parking lot to meet us. Great service!

Ive been watching pearsons evolve for iver a year now, and finally got a ride from ottawa!

We were starving so I put down my mushroom swiss burger in no time and didn't take any photos

Mushroom swiss burger was tasty and filling a double patty for $14 and I tried the small poutine and the fries were definitely crispy and well done and yummy.

Looking forward to trying to original smashburger on my next visit

I drove all the way from The US to eat here. By far the best hamburger I’ve had in years. Not only that the fries were amazing as well! The people serving me were also VERY Friendly!! I will be coming here again!

Today’s adventure took me to Pearson Street Smash Burger. In Embrun Ontario.
Drop everything and get to this place! What an atmosphere, friendly and upbeat. What a happy bunch. It’s a family run, family staffed fine dining food trailer! I would say some of the world renowned restaurants would learn from these people.
The menu is in the picture and I would say. No I would guarantee anything you ordered is excellent! I had the Pearson Street original as is in the menu. Perfection that’s it. This Hass to be the best burger all time! They use potato bread, buns, unheard of, but amazing local owned locally sourced Angus beef, the best and the sauce top notch if you’re disappointed in anything on the menu, check yourself into the hospital. Somethings wrong.
The fries are hand, cut like made that minute when you order them hot fresh salty the best!
While I was talking with the staff it starting to sprinkle a little bit. They brought out umbrellas for people. Who does this customer orientated people that’s who! Worth the drive get there it’s that good you got to eat here!

I went here about 2 weeks ago. The food is fire. The ingredients were fresh, the fries were on point and the burgers were tasty. I stole a bite of my kid's poutine to taste it and it was also very good. The staff gave 5 star service!

These are the best burgers you’ll ever eat. Fresh toppings, delicious flavour! Online ordering works like a charm, the food is always ready when we arrive and perfectly prepared with clear labels so everyone gets what they ordered. Will be visiting many times this season for sure!

Great burger with all the fixings. Crispy hot fries. Delish poutine with Lots of meaty cheese and deep dark rich gravy. Cold drinks. A number of picnic tables with umbrellas to enjoy the fresh air and summer time. Friendly service. No photos because we savoured and devoured the meal. :-) kid and doggo friendly too. Pup patties are on the menu for your for your paw buddy.

The burgers here are great, and the toppings are fresh. I added bacon to my smashburger and also had fries.

Couldn't handle seeing all the delicious on social media, so took the drive to test it out. Great service. Food is pretty good as well, a bit pricey, but than again what isn't these days. Will return again

The BEST poutine I've had in years! Their melts and smash burgers are to DIE for, all made with fresh ingredients and cooked incredibly. Dont get me started on the Xango (and the secret menu Chico Xango) for dessert is a MUST order no matter how full you are after the main meal. Chef Pearson and his team treat everyone like a good friend and you're always welcomed with a smile! Pearson Street is our go to food joint from now!

Delicious food. Best smash burger I have ever had. Service was friendly and quick. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get. Fries are also delicious, I recommend the pesto mayo! Definitely will return, worth the drive from Ottawa

Ok foodies! I am sharing with you the newest, most amazing, delicious food truck to hit the town of Embrun. Less then 30 minutes from Ottawa, you will find THE BEST burger (in my opinion, of course) you will ever put in your mouth. Now picture this, a smashed burger on a potato bun, topped with lettuce, tomato, pickle, bacon (added), cheese and special sauce. Chef Chris and his team run the Pearson Street SmashBurger n' Melts food truck, they just opened on June 10th, they are still looking to add to their menu, so if you have suggestions they would love to hear about it. They are located in the parking lot of a local brewery called Tuque brewery. From the first bite, I knew I had to share just how tasty all the food was. We each had an original double smashed burger with a poutine to share, and Illyana had a bacon poutine. The chef and his team delivered great food and we left with full tummy. I came here with my dad and we each had a single smashburger with grilled onions and shared a large fry and a banana xango with candied bacon added. I'd heard a lot about how great the food was, so my expectations were high. I was not disappointed! Everything was delicious, filling and the staff is super friendly! It's definitely worth the trip up to Ottawa and I look forward to eating there again!

I finally made it after months of drooling over fb pists about these delicious burgers and it did not dissapoint. It was raining so I ordered from my car and it took only a few minutes for my order to be ready. The burger was still hot when I got home to Orleans and let me tell you it was so delicious ! I wanted more! I will definitly be back, I want to try the club melt mmmmm

We drive in from Plantagenet to get a smash burger poutine because it's that bloody delicious. 1000/10, absolutely would recommend
