She is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of training as well as nutrition and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to create a healthy relationship with their body. Plus, WonderFIT is dog friendly!

Marta is an exceptional trainer. She pushes you to your limit and beyond. She encourages you with Positive reinforcement. Team build a butt. Prepare yourself for leg day because you may not be able to walk properly for a few days. :)

AJ is a great couch. He had deep knowledge and very goo technique. What makes him different with other couches is that he focus on weakpoint and make sure I do in right position. This gym has everything I need. I am getting stroger every day. Good couch is very important and he is the one!
