Family business for over 100 years tells you all there is to know. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, kind and not pushy to oversell you. They have items for all budgets, from decent quality for the price (this is not a fast fashion mall-type jewelry mind you) to the blushingly expensive. Even their hand made products and custom services are decently priced. They have an expert jeweler on site that can do a lot on the spot. Perfect place to go to for a nice custom gift for a loved one.

And no, I don't know them (I'm only a customer) and did not receive any consideration for this review.

Update: we bought our engagement ring and our wedding bands at Frank's. Every time we went to visit (and we went a lot, both of my rings were custom made), everyone who we spoke with was patient, attentive and kind. Even when we spent a LONG time arguing about the curve of a mobius strip, Bob was so patient and never made us feel silly. They provided great products, customized every ring to our exact vision and were very reasonably priced. And timely. 100% will return in future and purchase all fine jewelry here in the future. Had a lovely experience here, I was nervous to get my engagement ring re-sized and did a bunch of research on places before deciding. Happy I went with Franks, they were helpful and gave me information on my ring and diamond, helped me with the sizing and were very quick. Took way less time than expected and my ring looks brand new! The size is perfect and no flaws! Very happy with my experience! :)

Highly recommend Frank’s for any of your service needs. I had three watch batteries needing replacement, and the repair was done while I waited, and done professionally at a more than reasonable price. I had paid over three times for a battery replacement at another shop, and had to wait much longer for the replacement. All of my (many) watches will be coming to Frank’s for any future services.

Frank's took my mom's engagement ring from when she and my dad were 21 years old and turned it into something completely new for me. My parents told me about the sentimental gesture and allowed me to pick out the setting. Bob was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was thrilled to find a setting that is completely unique and did not feel like an engagement ring. He had it made quickly and it did not disappoint! I love it and I get tons of compliments.

After exhausting my options in my town of residence and trying another jewelry repair place in Kitchener, I was referred here by a friend's mother. I entrusted my delicate Edwardian-era platinum, white gold and diamond ring to Frank's when a small single-cut diamond was lost from its setting. I could not be happier with the service provided by Frank's. The ring was fixed properly and without significantly impacting the milgrain, my options were explained to me in full, and they did it for a fraction of the price quoted, which was already reasonable to begin with.

I highly recommend the Frank's and will henceforth entrust all of my jewelry repairs and resizing to them. It's worth the drive!

I went in to get two hoop earrings repaired and polished expecting it to be a huge sum, but they did it free of charge. Both visits the staff was super helpful and friendly. I took a look at their chains while I was picking up and they looked beautiful as well.

Absolutely great service. After going to a bunch of other jewelry stores around KW I decided to purchase a engagement ring from Franks. They offered by far the best customer service, and great prices!

Can’t say enough about these people. My go-to for service in KW. I once walked in with a Malachite stone and asked for it to be cut into pieces and set into a ring. They didn’t flinch and did an outstanding job. I’ve had watches serviced & repaired and scratches buffed while I wait. Worth the effort to go uptown for their expertise.

Frank's has been amazing to do business with from the very beginning. They were patient and explained everything to me, helped me look at different styles and offered a very reasonable price for the perfect ring. Their incredible service did not stop there. When the ring was damaged in a dog bite incident, they fixed it at a very low cost and got it looking just as good as it did when I bought it. Once again we have received exceptional service from Frank’s Jewellers. My husband lost his wedding band & we are so grateful for the friendly service of all the staff here. Kelly helped us find the perfect replacement band & because it was a perfect fit, he was able to wear it home. My ring is 70 years old and we needed to get a costume band to match the style. We went to Frank's and the staff were incredible - they were very knowledgeable on my ring style and offered many suggestions on the costume band.

We just picked up my costume wedding band and my fiancé's wedding ring today and we are SO happy with the final product. Super satisfied by the work and professionalism of the staff. I was recommended this place by my husband as they fixed a chain of his a few years ago. I brought in two rings one to be resized and the other to be repaired they were quick and efficient and restored the rings to practically new condition. They were ready much quicker than I had expected and cost less than quoted. I will definitely be returning to Frank's for all my jewelry needs !
