Best jeweller in the region! They made a custom designed ring exactly how I wanted it. The same ring at another store was 2,000$ more than this place. They are super reasonable and very fast. The owner is super educated in diamonds and will teach you all about the diamond/jewel he is using. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Superb service! I researched heavily before taking my engagement ring in for plating. I wanted somewhere that did repairs onsite and didn’t send them off to be done. They exceeded my expectations and my ring turned out beautifully. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Thuc and his shop did a great job on resizing mt ring from a 6 to a 4. Was super friendly and easy to talk. He made me weary of the concerns that could occur during this process as the ring had many round diamonds and baguettes. I paid for the express and was actually before the estimated time that was initially given. Thank you again to you and your staff as it turned out perfect! Highly recommend.

I brought them my 2 tone gold wedding ring that I had cut off of my finger a while ago due to a sporting accident. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They repaired my ring better than what I expected at a very reasonable price and timely manner. I am very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

I make trips to Toronto and Kitchener quite often and always make time to stop by MT Jewellers to have my jewelry polished and watch batteries changed. They are by far some of the most honest and knowledgeable Jewellers, Goldsmith's, and gemologist that I've met!

This past spring I had a custom order placed and they went above and beyond expectations.

I was awestruck by how well the custom order turned out! I gave them the idea, some references, and my budget - needless to say I was blown away! I was a loyal customer before, but with this this, I can't ever see myself going to any other jewellery store!

You'd be hard pressed to find another Jewellery store that places more care over their work and customers than profit.

I just got engaged but sadly my ring was a bit too small. I was looking around for places with a quick turn around, and was thrilled when I found MT and discovered they can do same-day resizing (for a reasonable fee). I brought my ring in immediately, they got my correct size, and provided me with a very fair quote. My ring was ready 3 hours later and it's perfect! Can't even tell anything was done to it, and it was polished up beautifully. Will definitely be back for any other jewelry needs I have and will definitely recommend.

The folks here are amazing. Family owned and operated and you can tell they give a damn about their customers. They provided guidance on stones I personally brought in and advised which one was best quality and explained why. Very patient and friendly.

They also made a beautiful hand crafted setting for my partner which she loved. I won’t go anywhere else for any of my jewelry needs.

To be honest, if I could review this with over 5 stars I would. Incredibly professional employees, unbeatable prices, amazing atmosphere-- this jewellery store is the best you can find. I came here to get a gift for my mother, and she absolutely adored it! The size and quality were something I couldn't have gotten at another store for as good a price as MT jewellers provided. The customer service is also incredible, and for that alone I could give it 5 stars. I cannot recommend this place enough! 500/5 stars!

My husband and I have been going to MT Jewellers since we came to Kitchener 15 years ago. We first went to them for a watch battery and they provided customer service along with the battery. Spoke to us about general time lengths for batteries, suggested ways to make them last, cleaned the watch and we paid 14 dollars. When we left my husband and said "all that kindness, education and service for a bill of 14 dollars, imagine how they will treat us for bigger transactions!"
Earing backings, ring shank repair and then my husband was shopping for a 10 year anniversary band for me. He saw things at many places and then went into MT. They made what he liked for a fraction of the price as the other places. The ring is a past, present and future totalling 1 karat. I write this 10 years after receiving this ring, wearing it daily and it is not changed shape, not dulled and is just as beautiful as the day he gave it to me. The quality cannot be beat.
We have some had many other pieces, fixed, repaired, altered or bought new and the service is second none, matched by the amazing quality and price!

I went to MT Jewellers on a recommendation from 2 separate people and I was definitely pleased with their work. I needed to get my wedding ring repaired (it was an heirloom ring). It lost a diamond from one of its side settings and needed to be re-platted. The total for this was $85 and they had it ready for me to pick up the next day. I was really surprised by the quick turn around. When I got my wedding ring back it looked better than new. I am absolutely thrilled with how beautiful and seamless the repair is. I definitely will trust them with any repair or maintenance needed on any jewelry (including my wedding ring) in the future. They are going to be my go-to jeweler from now on. I am so happy they were recommended to me!

Great service. Caught my watch on something and ripped the band off. Instead of trying to sell me a new band, he put in a new pin, and bent the tabs back so all was good as new.

So pleased to find a local goldsmith who can offer 2-3 day repairs, or same day for a slight fee bump. I didn't want to part with an antique ring and MT Jewellers came through. They had several beautiful finds in their cabinets. I look forward to returning. The staff shares their knowledge and remain professional. Such a great find.

Fantastic service! Fair and affordable pricing with all repairs and adjustments done on site! My fiancee couldn't be happier with what they did with my great grandmother's ring, the size is perfect and looks like new! This small jewellery shop is excellent. If you have a fancy Swiss or heritage watch, they can refurbish it at 1/2 the cost of any of the chain stores. I've started to take some of my old pieces of jewellery and they have done a great job fixing old rings, brooches and necklaces. My dad had a wedding ring which I've now turned into a small pendant. Lovely workmanship. You can't go wrong here.

Update: I took a Seiko watch in and it was completely overhauled - better than new -- for a very reasonable price! Family-owned business that is honest and approachable.
