Ziggy's Cycle

Ziggy's continues to impress me with their exceptional service. When a new bike part failed and the manufacturer wouldn't replace it, Ziggy's stepped in without hesitation. They swiftly fixed the issue and provided excellent customer care. Their reliability and expertise make them my top choice for bike repairs. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-notch service and support.

So far so good - we got our bikes pretty quickly in spring, started exploring the trails, now brought the bikes in for service that they recommended doing after the first couple of weeks. Everyone in the shop is very customer centered and eager to help. We also found all the accessories we wanted. I like that the shop can be easily reached by a nice trail, so going there from Waterloo is an enjoyable trip on itself.

I've been a repeat customer at Ziggy's Cycle, and I'm glad I chose them again. After purchasing a Trek Fuel EX, I noticed an unusual noise from the front.

The techs quickly identified faulty bushings in my Fox fork, handled the warranty process, and even provided a loaner fork so I could keep riding.

Marta and Ryan were incredibly helpful with a few other issues I noticed, offering to rebuild the bike once my fork returned. I picked it up today, hit the Hydrocut, and it performed flawlessly.

Huge thanks to Ryan, Marta, Josh, and the entire Ziggy's team for their outstanding service. I’ll be back soon with my girlfriend to get her first mountain bike.

Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable. Other staff are also excellent and helpful. If you haven't purchased a bicycle in years go to any bicycle shop. I like Ziggy's so far.

I took my bike to get it adjusted. I met Ryan, I had some issues getting it fixed but they called me back and I am not sure if it’s the right name but I guess Sam was assisting me and he explained what is going on with the bike. May be I did not do the best purchase of the bike from somewhere else but he restored my faith at this place.

Got a bike fit, purchased multiple different components, as well servicing various parts on my bike and each visit was always smooth and the staff were always happy to answer any of my questions / concerns (and I had plenty of them!) Best bike shop experience I’ve had in a long time!

Dropped in to check if a kids bike was in stock. It was, but not yet built. The staff quickly assembled the bike and we were on our way. Excellent above and beyond customer service 👏 👍🏻

Today, I paid a visit to Ziggy’s. I was promptly greeted at the door and ended up purchasing my first pair of clip-in cycling shoes along with pedals. Ziggy’s technical representative answered all my questions and concerns, installed the clips on my Shimano shoes, and adjusted the Shimano pedals' tension. Later that day, I tried them out, stopping twice to tighten the pedal tension. I never fell off my bike while stopping for some lights. Thanks KT @ Ziggy’s—A+ service!

My family and I have been happy customers of Ziggy's for about 15 years and I just bought my third bike here. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I had some issues with my new bike (not the fault of Ziggy's) and they worked with me until everything was right, including replacing parts under warranty and giving me a small credit for the trouble.

I dealt primarily with Ryan and Fernando, who were both very helpful. Fernando worked on my bike, talked through things with me, and helped me learn a few things about troubleshooting the issues.

I highly recommend Ziggy's.

I had been researching bike racks and stopped in here to order it since they are local. The guys at the desk were very friendly, immediately looked things up in the system gave me the insight on shipping time and then asked me a couple of questions about what I was looking for in a bike rack and then recommended a better model that was in stock for a comparable cost which I ended up buying thanks to their recommendation. Overall a great experience, like I said, very friendly and knowledgeable team without any sales pressure whatsoever. Thanks to the team there, look forward to returning.

Nolan is the most knowledgeable and down to earth salesperson I've met. He is so friendly and inviting, and has all the answers. He does his research! I am so stoked to try out my new Marlin 7 and can't wait to come back to the shop for upgrades!

Ziggy's will go above and beyond to ensure you have a positive experience. I have purchased 4 bikes through them and I am so impressed with their customer service and selection. I highly recommend! Added bonus - they are a locally owned company!

Could not get my front tire off. Brought my bike in to Ziggys this morning and the mechanic (sorry, didn't get his name) showed me how to remove it. He replaced the handlebar end caps and gave me a brake spacer for when the wheel is off.
The service today was outstanding!

Always knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating retail staff. Their new location is great and the mechanics are highly skilled and competent. The new place has more of a pro-shop vibe than the old location but remains welcoming and accessible for newer riders. They have a solid range of parts and accessories and are very willing to order stuff in if necessary. The other bike shops in town each have something to offer but Ziggys has the edge for service and attitude.

Great first experience with Ziggy's Cycle, even with the added complexity of COVID-19 social distancing. I was able to find what I needed on their web store, which is always up-to-date. Made an appointment via phone to "fit" the bike I was interested in. Jamie took the time to explain their COVID-19 protocol in advance (mandatory mask & gloves, only one customer in the store at a time), which made for as smooth a visit as possible in these trying times. They still took the time to answer all my questions, and make knowledgeable suggestions. I wound up leaving the shop with my new bike. A+ experience, will definitely be back in the future.
