Ren's Pets

A highly organized person tends to have common organized personality traits that allow them to complete tasks quickly and stay focused at work. This is very evident at the Waterloo location, I commend the management and staff at this location. My recent visit to this retail facility this past weekend, proves to me some retail facilities still uphold this gift. Thanks Waterloo Rens.

This store is amazing they have everything I needed prices are actually not as bad as people think I find they are cheep3r then petsmart and staff are so welcoming.

Absolutely amazing customer service at check out tonight. The clerk was so kind, caring and generous with my pups and I. I took a little longer than normal at check out and the clerk was so patient, and she was social, polite and genuine. Thank you for the excellent service.

I visited Ren's looking for a natural food for my dog and found a great selection. The food they recommended has been great, and our dog is happy.

We love shopping at Ren’s Pets no matter which location. Such a welcoming and friendly environment to shop with your fur babies (yes! cats and dogs are both welcome). Staff are always helpful and knowledge about the products at their store. Kourtney has been super helpful every time we visit this location, from helping us find an item to sharing info about different brands. thank you

I wanted to give a big thank you to Savannah at the Waterloo Ren's . I had to find a new dog food for my boy with limited ingredients as he has many allergies. She was very knowledgeable and took her time helping us find the right food for him. I really appreciate all of her help as what started out being an overwhelming experience turned out to become where I left with more knowledge on what is in the dog food,to finding the best food option for my dog.

Haven't been here too often but has a good variety and always has whatever I need for my cat. I rarely come here because I find better prices elsewhere but if it's something urgent I'll just stop by.

I used to go to another cough cough well known pet store. Well no more! REN’s is the best. Their point system actually does something for you. They always have my products and cute toys for my kitties. They aren’t afraid to open a second till and the staff are so friendly. Love this place!!!

A big store with everything I need for my dogs, guinea pigs and gecko. The selection was ideal. The prices were fair. The staff member (I'm sorry that can't remember her name... ) was exceptionally kind and patient with me and all my questions. Thank you!

The staff are ALWAYS helpful and friendly. The selection is vast and the prices are on the higher side, without actually being unreasonable. They have great sale prices routinely throughout the year and that's when we stock up on outdoor bird seed products. This week is one of those amazing sales!
