Sent these guys a message through their google listing asking for a quote at about 8:30 AM today (Sunday) and they called me at 9AM. Gave me a quote over $100 less than what I was expecting for two new fobs with the integrated key cut and programmed for my Jeep considering they came to me and once he got here had it done in my driveway in about 10 minutes. Was WAAAAAYYYYY cheaper than the dealership. They asked when I wanted to do it and if it was a rush, which it wasn't. They still showed about at 2 PM today as we scheduled and it took them less than 10 minutes. He was even kind of hesitant to take a tip when I paid. Great service and will definitely be who I call the next time I'm in need of a locksmith. I highly recommend.

Very kind, quick, honest and GREATLY priced. I called and they came out the same day the call was placed at the time we had discussed. I would recommended 10000%. Call John with any key issue you have, DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE.

Backstory; We had our office rekeyed by another company with an appointment date & time about a month and a half before reaching out to JnB Lock & Key. The other company showed up 2 hours late, I had to call to see where they were, they came out and charged me $200.00 more than what they charged me the year earlier. 2 weeks later the tumbler falls out of the door, I called the company back scheduled a date, I had to call them on the day because this time they were over 3 hours late, then tried to recharge me, I told them we were not paying, due to the amount they charged and it had only been 2 weeks and the tumbler they replaced fell out saying someone was "tampering with the lock", a week and a half after that the tumbler fell out again. I did not call them back. Once John rekeyed all 3 offices in our building in about 2 hours he then informed me that the tumbler that had fallen out did not have the proper length screws in the door. He was unaware of the previous situation other than the tumbler had fallen out.

John came out promptly for my 2014 Chevy impalas key failing and was here within an hour of calling him working in the rain and all.. he also programmed both my keys for the price of one!!!! Thank you so much!!!!! Everyone with key problems call these guys you won’t regret it!!

One of the nicest businesses. I was locked out of my house over the holiday weekend at midnight and the owner was at my house within 10-15 minutes and had me inside my home in less than five minutes. Very professional would highly recommend.

John and his associate came out today to make a key for my daughter's truck. They went above and beyond. They gave the battery a jump, replaced the key in the key fob, and made two keys for the price of one! They were very professional and so pleasant to talk to and work with! John went out of his way to get me out of a bind. I stopped at a Kroger to get groceries for the kids and I came out in. The car would not start. Great prices and Excellent service!! I just receive service from this company today. I locked myself out of my car (the key lock on the door is broken) this evening and I called JnB Locksmith. They came out in 15 minutes, and Bill unlocked my door in less than 4 minutes. Bill was cool and friendly and also told me that they may be able to fix my door lock for half the price that I was quoted from a mechanic. I will definitely use their service again. I highly recommend using this Locksmith over other companies.
