Had a lovely experience buying a fridge here. Our fridge died unexpectedly and the business was able to help us with a lender fridge in the meantime while our new fridge was ordered and delivered. Not to mention they disposed of our old fridge. Would highly recommend this business!

Our freezer broke down, and on our repairman 's recommendation, we went to KW Appliance Plus to purchase a replacement. We were helped by a lovely young lady and will be receiving delivery of a new freezer next day. And they are removing the old freezer as part of their service! No pressure, very helpful and accommodating. Would buy here again.

Truly AMAZING sales and service support. We had an issue with our brand new fridge and the team at KW Appliance Plus helped us through it. Just had our replacement fridge delivered yesterday and it is perfect. We purchase all our major appliances (including our BBQ) at KW Appliance plus and would highly recommend.

After our front load washer was determined not fixable by our repair man, he suggested we look at KW Appliance Plus for a replacement. I checked their website and found some viable options.
I reached out and had an order placed and ready to be picked up by us the next day. Circumstances changed our ability to do a pickup and they easily accommodated. I had a new machine in my home mid afternoon the next day.
Fair pricing for everything and the delivery men were super efficient, clean and very nice. It was easy to deal with Dawn and I had an awesome experience dealing with their entire crew.

My husband and I as well as our son have bought appliances from K-W Appliance Plus. Recommended them to my 83 year old Mom so she did as well. She ended up having as issue with her oven and Karen was wonderful with helping her get things resolved, as was Dawn. Karen followed up with my Mom every step of the way and Dawn did with me to keep me in the loop. My Mom's issue was resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for any appliance purchases So much better than trying to deal with a big box store. There is no way my Mom would have received the excellent service she did with a big box store. They were concerned and caring and we can't thank them enough for all they did. Karen and Dawn were awesome! I was in need of a gas dryer. They were able to get me one delivered to my house within a week. They arrange for the gas fitter to come and disconnect the old dryer and re-connect the new dryer. There delivery drivers take my old one away and didn't hit anything were very careful and made sure I was happy before they left.
Very positive experience better than buying from the big box stores. Support local business. Will refer them to anyone looking for appliances. Keep up the great service.

This is my first experience with them and it won't be my last. I was shopping around for a washer and dryer and doing the research on the make/model that I was interested in. Once I found out the price was roughly the same at most appliance stores, I decided to deal with KW Appliance Plus because their reviews were really good and they are local family co. instead of big box store.
Will be doing a kitchen reno next spring and will definitely go to them to get them.

We had an 10 year old Sears Diswasher start leaking right after New Yeras Day. After checking around in Waterloo Region & the perverbial COVID supply issues from many places I ended up calling KW Appliance Plus. Dawn gave me 3 recommended models to review that were available. The next day we met her in store to review her recommendations & selected the KitchenAid model. She was very friendly, patient, informative, & answered all our questions never feeling rushed into a decision. In the end she made all the arrangement for delivery, removal/disposal of the old diswasher & installation of the new one. This all took place within a week & the pricing was very competitive along with the installation fees. We were very impressed with Dawn & the whole team at KW & for sure they will be the 1st place we will go in the fututure for our appliance needs. I had an amazing experience with this store. My oven died and I needed a new one ASAP. There is a long wait for appliances due to Covid. They told me about two months and offered me a loaner until it comes in! Can’t get that type of service from a big box store! When I receive my stove I will comment again but if you are in the market for a new appliance I highly recommend these guys! Support local they are the heart of our city ❤

Karen helped us get our new fridge during the Covid-19 pandemic. She was helpful, communicated well in person, by phone and email. Selection was adequate for what we needed. Price was competitive as well after shopping around.

Delivery went quick. They arrived near the end of the delivery window, and were efficient in bringing the new fridge in and removing the old one.

We initially went in just to get a price and had assumed one of the big box stores would be the best deal. So happy we were wrong! Karen and John put together a great package of appliances for us and gave us great service every step of the way, from ordering, to questions, to delivery. Let's just say the bigger name store across the street could not come close to the price or service. Not to mention, at the end of the day we got to keep our money with a local business. Couldn't be happier with our decision.

We have been very pleasantly surprised with the service we have received. We bought all of our new appliances and had them delivered. The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions we had. We are thrilled with the quality of our appliances so far.

My wife and I purchased a new washer, dryer and fridge from Jason at KW Appliance. He was helpful and honest about the products and helped us find what we were looking for. We were told that the washer and dryer would be available in a week or so but the fridge would be on backorder, no big deal. We were then pleasantly surprised when we received the delivery confirmation call and were told that our fridge had arrived early. The delivery window was short and they guys were right on time. They unpacked everything outside and were very careful not to damage the house. Excellent service on all fronts and an overall great buying experience. I know where we will be going when we are in the market for anything else for our house!

We have been dealing with KW Appliances for about 10 years now for both our own home and our rental property. The customer service is exceptional. When I was buying appliances for the rental property , I was offered sound advice about getting products that were basic, reliable, and easy to use for prospective tenants. They didn't try to push the more costly ones with all the bells and whistles. I just called now with a question about replacing the recessed light bulb in the vent-a-hood we purchased 8 years ago. The sales staff actually went out to the model on the floor, tried out the advice he was giving me, and offered to call the vent company if we needed more support. We were able to change the lightbulb following his free advice over the phone.

We have been dealing with John and staff at K-W Appliance Plus for about 17 years, and have always received excellent service. They really know their products and take time to ensure that the appliance you choose fits your needs. We won't go anywhere else.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Such friendly service, no pressure, very knowledgeable and prices were very competitive. The delivery guys were excellent too and even returned later to try to correct an issue with my hot water tap (not their problem, just too rusty). That is service that goes above and beyond to me. Highly recommend!

Customer service that goes above and beyond! My fridge died three days before Christmas and I couldn’t find anywhere to get a fridge before Christmas, for obvious reasons. Not only did they find me the perfect fridge in my price range with every feature I wanted but because it couldn’t be delivered before the holidays they are delivering me a loaner fridge this afternoon to get us through the holidays. I called over 10 other appliance retailers and no one offered this type of solution or customer service. Not to mention they offer the same, or better pricing than the big box stores. This is the appliance retailer that deserves your business!
