If giving more than 5 stars was possible i definitely would, i see rachel on a regular basis, very knowledgeable, kind and knows her stuff, i walk out feeling like a million bucks every time, i also had gotten a massage from susan (it will not be my last!) and the environment was so relaxing and inviting, she listens to your problem areas and does such an amazing job.she was able to accommodate me during a eczema break out with using certain creams. It was beyond relaxing. this clinic down right amazing and recommend to everyone i know! , they care so much and take pride in what they do and it shows, thank you rachel and susan for taking care of us !

I've been in several times for an assortment of different muscle strains and injuries. I've had sessions with Libby, Rachel and Kayla, I leave each time feeling relieved. Everyone is always very kind, professional and knowledgeable.

I had a coworker recommend Hawthorn to be as I have been having shoulder pain for at least the last two years. I sent in a message immediately and lucked out with a next day appointment!

The receptionist was kind and professional!

My massage was with Libby and in my 32 years, I have NEVER gotten a massage. My shoulder felt better right after the appointment and it was a comfortable setting. Libby is super friendly, knowledgeable and so sweet to talk to!

I would recommend their services to any one, in fact I’ve raved about it to just about everyone I spoke to today!

After as long day on my feet, Dr. Rachel knows just what to do! You don't know how much you need an adjustment until she has your shoulders sitting where they should be. Friendly faces and a lovely enviroment!

Bright, clean, cozy atmosphere. Warm welcoming reception. Have had several treatments. The massage therapist asked specific questions relating to my physical condition. I was able to describe "aches and pains". Directed deep tissue massage was confirmation that I was heard and reflective of the expertise of the therapist. I has consistently left feeling my needs were being addressed. Thanks!

I love going to Kayla for massages! She's so welcoming and comforting and always keeps in touch to make sure you're comfortable! Wonderful experience and I love the old structure of the house too!

Had my first ever massage with Kayla about a month ago and she fixed the shoulder pain I had been experiencing for years in one session! I’m going back tonight and I cannot wait! I highly recommend going to see this guys if you have any pains!

I have now had naturopathic services from Dr. Susan and massage therapy with both Kayla and Liam and services from Duncan. The clinic is conveniently located with ample parking. It is a quiet environment in a charming well designed and renovated older home. All my services were professional and beneficial. I look forward to many more visits with this team who I feel are committed to helping me find the path to improved health and wellness.

⭐17,000 Stars ⭐ to Hawthorne clinic! I was injured at work and they accommodated me and the times that I am off work! Pam, the front desk admin is very welcoming once you walk into that door! The physiotherapist, and the chiropractor... sweethearts! I would recommend this place to you with no hesitation!

This clinic has a almost spa-like feel with professional staff who work hard to make sure I get what I need, from Naturopathic treatment to massage and acupuncture. My pain levels are managed and I feel better after every visit. Thank you, Dr Ritcey and Team!

I can not say enough good things about Hawthorn Clinic and Krystal. Booking an appointment was incredibly easy and the staff were amazing at finding something that worked with my schedule. Krystal as a massage therapist is a WIZARD! I have been struggling with an acute injury causing extreme pain in my neck and upper back for the last 2-3 weeks. Krystal was able to address this and walking out of my appointment I am PAIN FREE. I know this may not be the final solution which is why I have a follow up appointment booked but with that being said, Krystal was patient and attentive making sure before she started any treatment she was fully aware what the issues were. She regularly checked in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was good and not too intense, and at the end made recommendations about stretches I could do on my own to assist with the muscle fatigue from work. I can't say how grateful I am to Krystal for her knowledge and expertise. I certainly can't recommend Hawthorn Clinic enough and would absolutely recommend Krystal as a massage therapist.

My right arm, shoulders and back have been really hurting from too much work on the computer. I booked a deep tissue massage with Kailey and I knew it wouldn't be a typical relaxing massage.
I asked her to go hard on me as this was to help address my issues and she was amazing, just on the edge of pain without it being uncomfortable. I really needed help and this is why you go to an RMT.
I'll be back!
