They are really nice. Fixed my S23 ultra Indian version. Without any issue within 24 hours. Where in the other shops said " indian versions of phone cannot be fixed in Canada". But wireless warehouse did. Very nice and kind person.

My phone shut off on its own and don’t know why. Took it to the shop, they identified the problem, replaced parts that were broken, and even loaned me a phone until it was fixed. I put my sim in the loaner phone and got a call a few hours later, that my original phone was fixed and ready for p/u. Friendly staff, fast service, reasonable pricing, and overall great experience.

Dropped my phone this morning and my screen all of sudden had a glitch and all. Boyfriend and I went to Wireless Warehouse on Howard and the gentleman who was there, unfortunately I didn't get to ask his name, but he save my life. Crazy how my life is just all on my phone lol. I tried getting my phone repaired at two other businesses and neither of them even bothered opening up my phone; they said they didn't carry parts, or that it was irreparable. Wireless Warehouse wasn't afraid to work on my relatively obscure 6 year old device that needed a board repair. It works great now.

Went in to get my charging port cleaned and was greeted right when I walked and they did in 5 minutes and free of charge. I will 100% be back for anything phone or laptop related and I would definitely recommend wireless warehouse to anyone who needs cases or repairs.

Incredible people who are so good at their job. My dad was in a car accident & had his phone bent in half. The guys were able to recover all of his photos, contacts, notes, everything! Based on where the bend was it was nearly impossible to recover everything, but they pulled it off in a timely fashion. Everyone was professional & friendly. Highly recommend!
