Best employees out there! Never had a bad experience with this store.

I called under an hour before close for the best cone for my cat because she kicked it off. The ladies closing last night were so knowledgeable and patient!!! I didn’t feel rushed at all and only realized after that it was minutes til close! Thank you guys once again!

The staff is always extremely friendly and patient with our hyper pup. Definitely recommend the self-wash

Friendly and welcoming environment. Everything is clean and very well organized. Staff are always welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products at store. You can find a great variety of food, toys, and accessories for your pets.

Amazing place? I now go here for GO cat food, they have a lot of other stuff I’m looking for at decent prices. The customer service is always the best, above and beyond any other company. Lots of cat toys and furniture while a lot of places mainly have dog stuff.

Friendly staff and helpful to select right product. I liked their return policy if your pet does not like what you get. Store will donate them and you get your money back.

I took my palliative 223Gfoster dog for a bath, it was unsuccessful. The staff was so helpful, she brought treats, suggested dry shampoo and then helped me get her back in my car. Over and above!! Thanks

Standard Pet Valu, nice well-kept store with very helpful and friendly staff. Gave good advice on foods to try for our one very picky cat, and he loves the food they suggested, which I never would have thought to try that kind. He was wasting away (as was my wallet trying food after food to no avail), so for this I am very grateful. Last few months they haven't had much stock of it unfortunately, but they offered to hold it for me if I call on the day their weekly order comes in, which is nice.

Free parking in the strip mall, but FYI there's a pretty noticeable step to enter, so likely not wheelchair accessible (unless you can lift it ~3-4").

Now that I have a dog this is my go to place. So very helpful and very friendly, and absolutely very professional. Kudos!

I'm loving this place even though I fell flat on my face coming in the store. Such wonderful service!

My father had run out of vitamins for his beloved Blue and Gold macaw. As he doesn't drive anymore (to the benefit of all other motorists on the road I would hasten to add) I went over to Pet Valu to get more.

Unfortunately they were out of the particular vitamins he needed. Even worse, the corporate warehouse were out of stock too, and had been unable to get any for months.

However, the staff at this store are absolutely amazing! They did some online research, found something comparable and even had it ready at the counter when I arrived. Tremendous customer service!

The only negative about this store is that it is not wheelchair accessible. There is a large step to the door. Still, this place gets five stars from me!

They've got bugs! If you need mealworms, super worms or crickets for your reptile you can get them here. You can't pick how many of each bug you buy, but I find their mealworms are great and worth stopping by for!! Staff are friendly and helpful too.

This is one of my favorite pet stores. I bring my dog here for baths all the time and she loves it. Also I really appreciate that they team up and help give kitty's homes. Also awesome staff. Left my phone on the counter after paying. Came back and they still had it!

I had the absolute best experience at this store, the staff are always very friendly and great at suggesting treats ect for my pupper. But the dog wash is by far the best thing it was so easy to get him all bathed and clean. The store is kept very tidy and clean. will be back again and again for sure

The staff always take the time to get me everything I need. My son and his wife recently gave me the gift of a golden retriever puppy so I needed a lot of new things. I lost my beautiful lab, Mason, and was still a little emotional, they were so compassionate. I appreciated their kindness.

My dog was a bit nervous going in since it was a new place but the employees were so patient with him and very kind and by the end of our visit he was wagging his tail and wanting to play with all the toys. The employees were super helpful and helped me choose a nice cat bed within my price range

I was in here roughly a month ago looking for a soft cone for my cat. He just had surgery but was having difficulty with it. I was helped out by 2 people and they were amazing, helped me out , explained why I should get something instead of just telling me what I need and I appreciated it a lot. It was in a stressful time and I appreciate the help! This would have been June 19th.
