By far the best Pet Valu in town! The staff are really nice and have great recommendations! The manager really went above and beyond to help make sure my cat got the best food for them and they were by far the kindest person. 10/10 - tell your friends to come here!

Went into this store with my son to assist in washing his buddy Coba. Everything was fine until this young man came in with his fetching young sheep dog. Poor Coba couldn't keep his eyes of her. I had to hold his head while my son, Wes, continued to scrub him down.
I was impressed with this stores selection of dog shampoos and conditioners. Wes let me know that they don't water them down either, "like some places do".
It was also convenient phoning ahead to ensure there was a spot open amongst the avaliable two washing booths.
Plenty of towels available for drying his big Doberman/Rottweiler cross.
Pet store having dog treats available was also very appreciated.
Highly recommend this store for any person wishing to conveniently wash their treasured dog.
As of this date, cost was 12$ and well worth it.

Always have what we’re looking for. Highly recommend the dog wash station as well. Makes life so much easier; they have everything you need and a great price point. They clean after each pup (when available) to keep things maintained. There was also other customers in the store, and the employee still refilled the treats; we weren’t expecting this. Will definitely be back.

Update Sept 2023, needed more ear wash that has worked wonders for my golden as she loves to glide and slide in the parks. My store was out but called the next nearest store and they had one bottle left. Waiting for me at the counter. Thank you Pet Valu!! Love ❤ Braylee, Golden retriever.

I live in Milton, and will drive to Kitchener for their dog grooming services every month. Yes, they are THAT professional and fantastic with pet grooming. Anne, the Groomer, has the hands of god when it comes to cutting and cleaning your pet. Seriously, I have tried out different groomers and locations; with a very specific breed and cut, Anne never leaves me disappointed. My dog is not a fan of grooming in the first place; she just has this great relationship with him and I don't feel worried at all when dropping off my pooch. Grooming and cuts are done in a very reasonable time; no longer than an hour. The prices are also very reasonable. Every time my dog gets serviced here, he gets compliments for days. The shampoo that they use for dogs, is literally a coconut magical dream that will leave you pet smelling better than ever for at least 3 weeks!

The staff is great; super friendly, helpful and approachable. The store is always clean and bright as well. I'll never stop coming to this location for all my pet needs!

This is a great little local shop with really friendly service. Every staff member from the owners on down are kind, caring, and engaged with each customer, no matter how big or small your purchase. They honestly seem to care about both their clients and animals in general (And are happy to talk with you about your pets, their pets, and the wonderful pets they provide space for in their "Adoption Corner"). It's a happy place to shop, and you just don't see that very often any more (sadly!) I hope they continue to do well, as it really is a pleasure doing business with them ☺

The day we adopted our cat we went to this location because it was convenient to where we were that day. Found staff friendly and knowledgeable. We always go back to this location as my kids love the animals. You can tell the animals they have there are happy, the place is always so clean, the staff are amazing, and it’s just a great environment.

This is by far my favourite pet store for my furry baby. Nice location, very clean and organized inside of the store. It has a nice selection of quality food for your pet. Staff are super pleasant and knowledgeable. The manger is very friendly, gently and care for customers, also very informative about pet food, help me pick the most suitable food for my kitten.

I've only been a pet owner for a short time, however I need to be 100% honest. The staff here at this location are fantastic. They genuinely care about the animals, the store is clean, and they are very well informed and answer all my cat related questions and help me with suggestions for food, treats, and sales. What's great is that they offer a rewards/loyalty program for buying their exclusive products! Thanks guys you really make being an unexpected pet owner easier!

This is a great location for this retail chain made all the better by their fabulous staff and truly caring owners. Their extra efforts to help adopt cats through the Toronto Cat Rescue and ALL PAWS Rescue is s exceptional as the cats they find forever homes. I go out of my way to visit this location and highly recommend it to other pet owners!

Never a bad experience here. Store is always clean, well organized and stocked, I can always find what I'm looking for. The staff has been overwhelmingly wonderful, helpful and kind everytime I go in. Will be returning!
