Great dojo for kids! Master Hong and his team are fantastic with the kids and make learning martial arts fun. Adult classes are also offered as well as summer programs for kids. The family will definitely be training here for years to come.

Excellent school and master Hong is a great teacher and good with kids. Highly recommended. This is the best taekwondo class for kids young and old. They also have a summer camp and different classes for different ages. I can't recommend this place enough.

Excellent school! Best in the West Island!!! Master Hong is a traditional and honest Master with amazing skills and wonderful with children and every students, treats them all equally and motivates them to do better with honesty, discipline and patience. I HIGHLY recommend going to M.T.L Taekwondo, they know how to make a difference and teach REAL TAEKWONDO with the yearly updated versions. Give this school a try you won’t regret!!! Fun environment with no prejudice and loving and caring teacher. My son’s life was turned in the best way since he’s started with Master Hong, his biggest hero now!! 🥋🥇🏆

Highly recommended! The classes are EXTREMELY fun and motivating
and they also greatly emphasize respect and discipline which makes it a well-balanced martial arts school. Both Master Hong and Kim (Taekwondo and Kendo) are so passionate about teaching, this is definitely a place where people of any age can benefit, no matter what their physical ability!

Best teachers from Korea and Canada. Students also learn respect, poomsae and sparring techniques.

My two kids go there and the instructors are very good with strong motivating attitudes. Easy location with tons of parking.
