I bought new struts for a 2008 Toyota Corolla. Great price, parts fit just fine and the car rides and turns like new. Had to go back to the store to get new sway links as well, my fault for assuming the old ones were still good. Got a good price on those as well, and the owner said that he would have mentioned I would likely need the sway links but did not want to seem like he was pushing extra parts on me. I will definitely be buying from him again.

So far so good. Good prices and quick service, nicer experience than going to Napa or Partsource, and would rather support a local company.

Very welcoming and has a great level of respect. For me that makes me feel glad there are some good people out there!

There was anybody when I arrived at the store so I took a look around. Suddenly the owner came from nowhere and questioned me as if I was a thief. Very rude and unfriendly

Pretty sure this is the same shady individual, that rolled back many car odometers before selling them to people. The one sold to me said 150,000.. OMVIC determined it was at about 360,000km.
Not surprising this shop looks just as sketchy as him. Judging by reviews still ripping people off too.

Would not give me a refund on a simple exhaust part.
Would Not recommend doing business with.

I work at the radio station next door and I had parked in front of the brown doors when leaving their was a blue van parked so close that i couldn't get into my car (black) I went in to the japan Auto and asked if that was his car he said yeas and proceeded to tell me how I'm not to park on that side of the building asked if I'm stupid or just bling and didn't see his dollar store no parking signs I informed him that the signs are not legal and that I'm with the radio station he told me that I'm to use a different parking lot down the street and that he will have my car towed if I ever park on that side of the street again he was yelling at me so loud that my guest could hear him inside the building attached are photos of how close he park and his dollar store sign... super unprofessional

Literally buys the parts from part source and than upcharges you by 50$.

Cheap quality parts after being installed i have to replace them another day you will waste you time money

Parts are garbage after installing them they broke in 7 days horrible
